Abstract
【解決手段】 基材フィルムの一方の面上に、少なくとも、離型層と、金属ナノワイヤと透明高分子樹脂とを含む透明導電層とをこの順に備え、前記離型層は、環状オレフィン系樹脂であることを特徴とする転写フィルム。そして、この転写フィルムを用いた透明導電積層体の製造方法。

Claims (4)
- 基材フィルムの一方の面上に、少なくとも、離型層と、金属ナノワイヤと透明高分子樹脂とを含む透明導電層とをこの順に備え、前記離型層は、環状オレフィン系樹脂であることを特徴とする転写フィルム。
- 請求項1に記載の転写フィルムを用い、前記転写フィルムの透明導電層側を被転写体の表面に接着剤層を介して接着させた後に基材フィルムを剥離することにより、被転写体表面に透明導電層を形成することを特徴とする透明導電積層体の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の転写フィルムを用い、前記転写フィルムの透明導電層側を被転写体の表面に接着剤層を介して接着させた後に基材フィルムを剥離することにより、被転写体表面に透明導電層を形成し、さらに、前記透明導電層の上に透明導電性の金属酸化物膜を形成することを特徴とする透明導電積層体の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の転写フィルムを用い、前記転写フィルムの透明導電層側を被転写体の表面に接着剤層を介して接着させた後に基材フィルムを剥離することにより、被転写体表面に透明導電層を形成し、さらに、前記透明導電層の上に透明導電性の金属酸化物膜を形成し、その後、前記透明導電層および前記金属酸化物膜の一部を除去することにより導体パターンを形成することを特徴とする透明導電積層体の製造方法。
