Claims (3)
- 多数の隔壁で仕切られた多孔状の筒形のフィルタ本体を有するディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタに、1個以上の上記隔壁を挟んでコンデンサを形成する2つの電極を、少なくとも一方の電極は線材により形成すると共に、当該線材を上記フィルタ本体の筒形状に沿って複数本配置し、上記コンデンサの静電容量から上記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタに捕集されているPMの量が検出されるようにしたことを特徴とするPMセンサ。
- 上記2つの電極のうち一方の電極を上記フィルタ本体の外周に設け、他方の電極を上記フィルタ本体内部に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のPMセンサ。
- 上記2つの電極のうち一方の電極を上記フィルタ本体の外周に設け、他方の電極を上記フィルタ本体の孔内にそれぞれ設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のPMセンサ。
