Description
前記TFT基板への配向膜は、インクジェットノズルから配向膜材料を滴下しながら、前記インクジェットノズルと前記TFT基板とを相対的に第1の方向に移動しながら形成され、前記対向基板への配向膜は、インクジェットノズルから配向膜材料を滴下しながら、前記インクジェットノズルと前記TFT基板とを相対的に前記第1の方向とは直角の方向に移動しながら形成されることを特徴とする液晶表示装置の製造方法である。
Claims (4)
- TFTと画素電極と走査線と映像信号線と配向膜を有するTFT基板と、配向膜を有する対向基板と、前記TFT基板の前記配向膜と前記対向基板の前記配向膜との間に液晶層が挟持された液晶表示装置の製造方法であって、
前記TFT基板への配向膜は、印刷版から配向膜材料をTFT基板に転写するオフセット印刷によって形成され、前記オフセット印刷における前記印刷版の回転方向は、前記TFT基板の第1の方向であり、
前記対向基板への配向膜は、印刷版から配向膜材料を前記対向基板に転写するオフセット印刷によって形成され、前記オフセット印刷における前記印刷版の回転方向は、前記TFT基板の第1の方向と直角方向であることを特徴とする液晶表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記第1の方向は走査線の延在方向であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- TFTと画素電極と走査線と映像信号線と配向膜を有するTFT基板と、配向膜を有する対向基板と、前記TFT基板の前記配向膜と前記対向基板の前記配向膜との間に液晶層が挟持された液晶表示装置の製造方法であって、
前記TFT基板への配向膜は、インクジェットノズルから配向膜材料を滴下しながら、前記インクジェットノズルと前記TFT基板とを相対的に第1の方向に移動しながら形成され、
前記対向基板への配向膜は、インクジェットノズルから配向膜材料を滴下しながら、前記インクジェットノズルと前記対向基板とを相対的に前記第1の方向とは直角の方向に移動しながら形成されることを特徴とする液晶表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記第1の方向は走査線の延在方向であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
