Description
Claims (6)
- 第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体で連結されており、該第一の取付部材には側方に延び出す連結部が設けられていると共に、該第二の取付部材には該第一の取付部材を跨いで配設される門形部材が取り付けられており、該第一の取付部材と該門形部材との対向部分によって該第一の取付部材と該第二の取付部材の相対変位量を制限するストッパ機構が構成されていると共に、該第一の取付部材に袋状のストッパゴムが被せられて、該第一の取付部材と該門形部材の間に配設されている防振装置において、
前記第一の取付部材と前記第二の取付部材が前記本体ゴム弾性体に対して両側から非接着で取り付けられていると共に、それら第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材の対向方向に延びて該第一の取付部材と該本体ゴム弾性体と該第二の取付部材とを貫通する連通孔が形成されていることを特徴とする防振装置。 - 前記第一の取付部材の前記門形部材との対向面に案内溝が形成されていると共に、該案内溝が前記ストッパゴムで覆蓋されており、該案内溝の一端が該第一の取付部材の外周面に開口していると共に、該案内溝の他端が前記連通孔に接続されている請求項1に記載の防振装置。
- 前記ストッパゴムには前記第一の取付部材との重ね合わせ面に突出する係止突起が形成されており、該係止突起が該案内溝に挿入されて該第一の取付部材と該ストッパゴムを相対的に位置決めする位置決め機構が構成されていると共に、該係止突起と該案内溝の間に隙間が形成されている請求項2に記載の防振装置。
- 前記第二の取付部材には前記本体ゴム弾性体に向かって凹となる凹状部が設けられていると共に、該本体ゴム弾性体には該凹状部に向かって開口する中央凹所が形成されており、該凹状部に該本体ゴム弾性体が嵌着されていると共に、前記連通孔が該凹状部と該中央凹所を貫通して形成されている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の防振装置。
- 前記本体ゴム弾性体には、前記第二の取付部材との重ね合わせ面に開口する連通溝が形成されており、該連通溝の一端が前記中央凹所に連通されていると共に、該連通溝の他端が該本体ゴム弾性体の外周面に開口している請求項4に記載の防振装置。
- 前記連通孔が前記中央凹所を貫通して上下方向に延びていると共に、該連通孔における該中央凹所を挟んだ下側が上側よりも大径となっている請求項5に記載の防振装置。
