Description
Claims (7)
- 互いの軸が平行かつ距離aを隔てて配列された少なくとも2つの円筒形のハウジング穴を有するハウジングと、
第1の前記ハウジング穴および第2の前記ハウジング穴の中に配設され、直径がDで谷径がdである第1のスクリューおよび第2のスクリューを備える第1のスクリューシャフトおよび第2のスクリューシャフトと、
前記ハウジング穴の近傍に設けられ、前記ハウジング穴に通じる少なくとも2つの入口ホッパーであって、該入口ホッパーの少なくとも1つが前記ハウジング穴への側方入口を有する入口ホッパーとを有し、
前記第1のスクリューシャフトおよび前記第2のスクリューシャフトの各々は前記直径Dを前記谷径dで割ることによって定められる体積比が1.4以上かつ1.49以下である押出機の動作方法であって、
処理される材料を、前記少なくとも2つの入口ホッパーを通して前記ハウジング穴に供給し、
前記入口ホッパーから前記押出機の出口まで前記材料を運搬し、
前記第1のスクリューシャフトおよび前記第2のスクリューシャフトのそれぞれを、少なくとも1000rpmの速度で、かつ前記第1のスクリューシャフトおよび前記第2のスクリューシャフトそれぞれにおける軸トルクを前記距離aの3乗で割ることによって定められるトルク密度を少なくとも8.5Nm/cm3として駆動する押出機の動作方法。 - 前記材料が、少なくとも1つの側方ホッパーから前記押出機の中に供給される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記材料が、前記側方ホッパーから前記押出機の中に強制的に供給される請求項2に記載の方法。
- 互いの軸が平行かつ距離aを隔てて配列された少なくとも2つの円筒形のハウジング穴を有するハウジングと、
第1の前記ハウジング穴および第2の前記ハウジング穴の中に配設され、直径がDで谷径がdである第1のスクリューおよび第2のスクリューを備える第1のスクリューシャフトおよび第2のスクリューシャフトと、
前記第1のスクリューシャフトに結合され第1のフライトを含む第1の取入口要素、および前記第1の取入口要素に隣接する前記第2のスクリューシャフトに結合され第2のフライトを含む第2の取入口要素であって、前記第1の取入口要素および前記第2の取入口要素が同方向に回転している場合に、材料をかきこんで運搬効果を引き起こす第1の取入口要素および第2の取入口要素と、
前記ハウジング穴の近傍に設けられ、前記ハウジング穴に通じる少なくとも2つの入口ホッパーであって、該入口ホッパーの少なくとも1つが前記ハウジング穴への側方入口を有する入口ホッパーとを有し、
前記第1のスクリューシャフトおよび前記第2のスクリューシャフトの各々は前記直径Dを前記谷径dで割ることによって定められる体積比が1.4以上かつ1.49以下である押出機の動作方法であって、
処理される材料を、前記少なくとも2つの入口ホッパーを通して前記ハウジング穴に供給し、
前記入口ホッパーから前記押出機の出口まで前記材料を運搬し、
前記第1のスクリューシャフトおよび前記第2のスクリューシャフトのそれぞれを、少なくとも1000rpmの速度で、かつ前記第1のスクリューシャフトおよび前記第2のスクリューシャフトそれぞれにおける軸トルクを前記距離aの3乗で割ることによって定められるトルク密度を少なくとも8.5Nm/cm3として駆動する押出機の動作方法。 - 前記第1のフライトおよび前記第2のフライトの各々がアンダーカットを画定する請求項4に記載の動作方法。
- 前記アンダーカットが前記取入口要素の軸に対して形成する角度は85°未満である請求項5に記載の動作方法。
- 前記押出機が、少なくとも17Nm/cm3のトルク密度で動作する請求項1または4に記載の動作方法。
