Description
ラテックス中の重合体の質量平均粒子径は、ラテックスを蒸留水で希釈したものを試料とし、粒度分布計(米国MATEC社製、CHDF2000型)を用いて測定した。
γ−メタクリロイルオキシプロピルジメトキシメチルシラン1.96部及びオルガノシロキサン98.04部を混合し、オルガノシロキサン混合物100部を得た。
温度計、冷却管及び攪拌装置を備えたセパラブルフラスコに、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸10部と脱イオン水92部とを投入し、9.8%のドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸水溶液を調製した。この水溶液を85℃に加熱した状態で、製造例1と同様にして得た微粒子化したオルガノシロキサンラテックスを4時間に亘って滴下し、滴下終了後、温度を2時間維持し、冷却した。
温度計、窒素導入管、冷却管及び攪拌装置を備えたセパラブルフラスコに、ポリオルガノシロキサンラテックス(SLx−1)28.1部を投入した。脱イオン水206部を加えた後、ポリオキシエチレンラウリル硫酸ナトリウム0.4部、n−ブチルアクリレート67.7部、アリルメタクリレート2.1部、t−ブチルハイドロパーオキサイド0.28部の混合液を仕込み、30分間撹拌して、ポリオルガノシロキサン粒子に含浸させた。
温度計、窒素導入管、冷却管及び攪拌装置を備えたセパラブルフラスコに、ポリオルガノシロキサンラテックス(SLx−1)18.7部を投入した。脱イオン水206部を加えた後、ポリオキシエチレンラウリル硫酸ナトリウム0.4部、n−ブチルアクリレート45.1部、アリルメタクリレート1.4部、t−ブチルハイドロパーオキサイド0.19部の混合液を仕込み、30分間撹拌して、ポリオルガノシロキサン粒子に含浸させた。
2回のt−ブチルハイドロパ−オキサイドの使用量0.0625部をそれぞれ0.03125部とした他は実施例1と同様にしてグラフト重合を完了し、グラフト共重合体(SIM−3)の粉体を得た。
2回のt−ブチルハイドロパ−オキサイドの使用量0.0625部をそれぞれ0.1875部とした他は実施例1と同様にしてグラフト重合を完了し、グラフト共重合体(SIM−4)の粉体を得た。
ポリオルガノシロキサンラテックス(SLx−1)を、ポリオルガノシロキサンラテックス(SLx−2)に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、グラフト共重合体(SIM−5)を製造した。
実施例1と同様にして複合ゴムラテックスを得て、液温が75℃に低下した後、この複合ゴムラテックスに、t−ブチルハイドロパ−オキサイド0.5部とメチルメタクリレート25.0部の混合液を40分間に亘って滴下し、75℃で1時間維持し、複合ゴムへのグラフト重合を完了した。実施例1と同様にして噴霧乾燥を行ない、グラフト共重合体(SIM−6)の粉体を得た。
実施例1と同様にして複合ゴムラテックスを得て、液温が75℃に低下した後、この複合ゴムラテックスに、t−ブチルハイドロパ−オキサイド0.125部、スチレン18.8部、アクリロニトリル6.2部の混合液を50分間に亘って滴下し、75℃で1時間維持し、複合ゴムへのグラフト重合を完了した。実施例1と同様にして噴霧乾燥を行ない、グラフト共重合体(SIM−7)の粉体を得た。
実施例1と同様にして複合ゴムラテックスを得て、液温が75℃に低下した後、この複合ゴムラテックスに、t−ブチルハイドロパ−オキサイド0.125部、メチルメタクリレート12.5部、スチレン9.4部、アクリロニトリル3.1部の混合液を45分間に亘って滴下し、75℃で1時間維持し、複合ゴムへのグラフト重合を完了した。実施例1と同様にして噴霧乾燥を行ない、グラフト共重合体(SIM−8)の粉体を得た。
温度計、窒素導入管、冷却管及び攪拌装置を備えたセパラブルフラスコに、ポリオルガノシロキサンラテックス(SLx−2)10.7部を投入した。脱イオン水149.1部を加えた後、アルケニルコハク酸ジカリウム0.7部、n−ブチルアクリレート45.7部、アリルメタクリレート2.3部、t−ブチルハイドロパーオキサイド0.11部の混合液を仕込み、30分間撹拌して、ポリオルガノシロキサン粒子に含浸させた。
温度計、窒素導入管、冷却管及び攪拌装置を備えたセパラブルフラスコに、ポリオルガノシロキサンラテックス(SLx−2)42.8部を投入した。脱イオン水150.9部を加えた後、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルフェニルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム0.2部、n−ブチルアクリレート41.6部、アリルメタクリレート0.3部、1,3−ブチレングリコールジメタクリレート0.1部、t−ブチルハイドロパーオキサイド0.11部の混合液を仕込み、30分間撹拌して、ポリオルガノシロキサン粒子に含浸させた。
グラフト共重合体(SIM−1)〜(SIM−10)とAS樹脂(サンレックス SAN−C:テクノポリマー(株)製)とを、表2に示す比率で配合してヘンシェルミキサーに投入し、3分間混合した。その後、2軸押出機(BT−40:(株)プラスチック工学研究所製)を用いて加工温度240℃で溶融混練し、樹脂ペレットを得た。
上記樹脂ペレットを、成形機(IS−25EP:東芝機械(株)製)に投入して、温度220〜250℃で溶融し、長さ60mm、幅30mm、厚さ3mmの熱板溶着用試験片を成形した。この試験片を、温度23℃、相対湿度50%で3時間状態調節し、その後、熱板溶着機(熱板テストピース溶着試験機:(有)イダ製作所製)により、下記条件で熱板に押し当て、熱板から試験片を引き離す際の、糸曳きの本数を数えた。この試験を3度繰り返し、糸曳き本数の平均値を求め、以下の基準により「熱板溶着性」として評価した。
熱板の表面処理 テフロンコートあり
熱板の温度 280℃
サーボモータの移動速度 200mm/秒
試験片が熱板に接触する時間 15秒
試験片の溶け量 0.5mm
○:糸曳き本数が3本以下であった。
上記樹脂ペレットを、成形機(IS−170FA:東芝機械(株)製)に投入して、温度220〜260℃で溶融し、表面磨き#8000相当の金型へ充填し、長さ120mm、幅120mm、厚さ2mmのダイレクト蒸着用試験片を成形した。成形速度依存性を評価するため、試験片を、高速射出速度(50mm/秒)及び低速射出速度(20mm/秒)で成形した。
粗引き終了後の圧力 5.0Pa
本引き終了後の圧力 5.0×10−3Pa
導入ガス アルゴンガスを100 SCCM(Standard cc/min)
成膜時の真空度 0.7Pa
アルミニウム膜厚 120nm
導入ガス HMDSを30SCCM(Standard cc/min)
重合時の真空度 1.5Pa
○:拡散反射率(ロ)が4.0%以下であり、比率(イ/ロ)が2.5以下。
Claims (6)
- ポリオルガノシロキサン(A1)及びポリ(メタ)アクリル酸エステル(A2)を含有する複合ゴム(A)の存在下に、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体(単独重合体のガラス転移温度が0℃を越える)(b1)を重合し、次に、芳香族ビニル単量体(b2)及びシアン化ビニル単量体(b3)を重合して得られるグラフト共重合体(B)。
- 請求項1記載のグラフト共重合体(B)1〜99質量%と、熱可塑性樹脂(C)99〜1質量%とを含有する熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- ダイレクト蒸着による蒸着層を表面に形成する成形物用である請求項2記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 熱板溶着法に使用する成形物用である請求項2記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項2〜4のいずれか記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を用いて得られる成形物。
- 請求項5に記載の成形物と、レンズ部材とを熱板溶着法により接合して得られる自動車用ランプ。
