Description
Claims (19)
- バッテリーパックのセルグループとグループごとに対応し、セルグループに属した各セルの電圧信号を出力する多数のマルチプレクサと、
各セルグループに含まれた多数のセルにそれぞれ対応して各セルの電圧をサンプリングした後ホールドする多数の浮動キャパシタと、
各セルの電圧を該当のセルに対応する浮動キャパシタにサンプリング及びホールドさせるスイッチング手段と、及び
各セルグループごとに前記スイッチング手段を制御して各セルの電圧を対応する浮動キャパシタにサンプリング及びホールドした後、各マルチプレクサを制御してマルチプレクサと連結されたセルグループに対応する各浮動キャパシタにホールドされたセル電圧をセンシングする制御部とを備えてなり、
前記スイッチング手段が、
各浮動キャパシタの低電位端子とセルのアノード端子と、及び隣接する浮動キャパシタ間を連結または解除させる第1スイッチと、並びに
各浮動キャパシタの高電位端子とセルのカソード端子と、及び第1スイッチの一端とセル電圧センシングラインを連結または解除させる第2スイッチとを備えてなり、
前記マルチプレクサが、対応するセルグループから基準電位の印加を受けて前記基準電位を基準にして、各浮動キャパシタの高電位端子と連結されて各浮動キャパシタの両端子の電圧差を対応する各セルの電圧信号として出力することを特徴とする、バッテリーパックのセル電圧測定装置。 - 前記それぞれのマルチプレクサが、対応するセルグループから基準電位の印加を受ける基準電位入力端子を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定装置。
- 前記マルチプレクサが、前記浮動キャパシタにホールドされたセル電圧を出力するバッファーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定装置。
- 前記バッファーが、OP‐Ampで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定装置。
- 前記各マルチプレクサを通じて出力されるセル電圧信号をデジタル電圧信号に変換するA/Dコンバータをさらに備えてなり、
前記A/Dコンバータが、各マルチプレクサから出力されるセル電圧信号の入力を受けてデジタル電圧信号に変換して制御部に出力することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定装置。 - 前記制御部が、各セルグループごとに第1スイッチをターンオンさせた状態で第2スイッチを同時にまたは順序に従ってターンオンさせて各浮動キャパシタにセルの電圧をサンプリングすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定装置。
- 前記制御部が、各セルグループごとに該当のセルグループに属した浮動キャパシタにセルの電圧をサンプリングさせた状態で第1スイッチと第2スイッチとをすべてターンオフさせて各浮動キャパシタにセルの電圧をホールドすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定装置。
- 前記制御部が、各セルグループに対するセル電圧のサンプリング及びホールド過程を同時にまたは順序に従って行うことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定装置。
- 前記基準電位が、対応するセルグループの最低電位であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定装置。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定装置を備えなる、バッテリー管理システム。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定装置を備えてなる、バッテリーパック駆動装置。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定装置を備えてなる、バッテリーパック。
- (a)バッテリーパックに含まれたセルグループに対し、各セルグループに含まれた多数のセルにそれぞれ対応する浮動キャパシタの低電位端子とセルのアノード端子と、及び隣接する浮動キャパシタ間を連結または解除させ、
浮動キャパシタの高電位端子とセルのカソード端子と、及び隣接する浮動キャパシタとセル電圧センシングラインを連結または解除させて各セルの電圧を該当セルに対応する浮動キャパシタにサンプリングした後ホールドするステップと、
(b)前記セルグループとグループごとに対応するように連結された多数のマルチプレクサを順序に従って選択するステップと、及び
(c)前記選択されたマルチプレクサと連結されたセルグループの浮動キャパシタにホールドされたセル電圧をセンシングするステップとを含んでなり、
前記(c)ステップにおいて、前記選択されたマルチプレクサが、対応するセルグループから基準電位の印加を受けて前記基準電位を基準にして、各浮動キャパシタの高電位端子と連結されて、各浮動キャパシタの両端子の電圧差を対応する各セルの電圧信号として出力することを特徴とする、バッテリーパックのセル電圧測定方法。 - 前記(a)ステップが、
各セルグループごとに各浮動キャパシタの低電位端子と対応するセルのアノード端子と、隣接する浮動キャパシタ間を連結させた状態で浮動キャパシタの高電位端子と対応するセルのカソード端子と、及び隣接する浮動キャパシタとセル電圧センシングラインを連結させて各セル電圧を対応する浮動キャパシタにサンプリングするステップと、及び
各セルグループごとに各浮動キャパシタの低電位端子及び高電位端子と対応するセルのアノード端子及びカソード端子、並びに隣接する浮動キャパシタ間の連結を全て解除させて各セル電圧を対応する浮動キャパシタにホールドするステップとを含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定方法。 - 前記セル電圧のサンプリングステップが、セルグループに属した多数のセルに対して同時にまたは順序に従って行うことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定方法。
- 前記セル電圧のホールドステップが、セルグループに属した多数のセルに対して同時にまたは順序に従って行うことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定方法。
- 前記(c)ステップが、
順序に従ってマルチプレクサを選択し、選択されたマルチプレクサと連結された多数のセル電圧をセンシングするステップであることを特徴とする、請求項14〜16の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定方法。 - 前記(c)ステップが、
前記マルチプレクサから出力されたセル電圧信号を受信してデジタル電圧信号に変換するステップと、及び
前記変換されたデジタル電圧信号の入力を受けてメモリに貯蔵するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項14〜17の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定方法。 - 前記基準電位が、対応するセルグループの最低電位であることを特徴とする、請求項14〜18の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーパックのセル電圧測定方法。
