Claims (3)
- 等速自在継手の外側継手部材に装着される大径部と、等速自在継手の内側継手部材に連結されたシャフトに装着される小径部と、大径部と小径部との間に配置されて、山部と谷部とが交互に形成される蛇腹部とを備えた等速自在継手用シリコーン製ブーツにおいて、
前記小径部は、その外径面にブーツバンド装着用の嵌合溝が形成されたシャフト装着部と、このシャフト装着部から肉厚部を介して蛇腹部に連結されてシャフト装着部及び蛇腹部に対する座屈状変位を許容する肉薄部とを備え、
肉薄部の蛇腹部側の外径部と、蛇腹部の小径部側の第1山部の外径部とをアール部を介して連続させ、
前記小径部の内径面は、前記嵌合溝に対向して配置されてシャフトのブーツ嵌合部に嵌合する内径側膨出部と、肉薄部内径側のストレート部とを備え、
前記嵌合溝の肉厚部側のコーナ部に周方向溝を設け、
前記肉厚部を、前記小径部の他の部分よりも大径としたことを特徴とする等速自在継手用シリコーン製ブーツ。 - 軸線方向の変位と作動角の変位とを許容する摺動式等速自在継手であって、前記請求項1の等速自在継手用シリコーン製ブーツを装着したことを特徴とする等速自在継手。
- 作動角の変位のみを許容する固定式等速自在継手であって、前記請求項1の等速自在継手用シリコーン製ブーツを装着したことを特徴とする等速自在継手。
