Claims (3)
- 熱電対を保護管で覆った測温体によりRH真空脱ガス槽である精錬容器内の溶鋼の連続測温を行う方法であって、
前記保護管の材質がサーメットであり、前記測温体を、前記精錬容器の側壁を貫通して前記溶鋼内に挿入し、連続測温を行い、
前記測温体の、前記精錬容器の内面からの突出長さが50〜300mmであり、前記測温体先端が前記精錬容器の下部に設けられた浸漬管の上開口部よりも外側に位置することを特徴とする、溶鋼の連続測温方法。 - 前記測温体の外径が10mm〜50mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶鋼の連続測温方法。
- 前記保護管は、先端に向けて外径が小さくなるテーパ形状を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の溶鋼の連続測温方法。
