Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-26251

In the configuration of Patent Document 1, since the light source is provided on the lid that is a movable part, wiring and the like must be routed from the housing body, and the assembly work becomes complicated. In the configuration of Patent Document 2, since the light source is provided on the inner bottom portion of the storage tool, the light source is covered with the storage object and the interior is not sufficiently illuminated. In addition, when a beverage or the like is stored, the light source needs to be waterproofed. In the configuration of Patent Document 3, since light is blocked by the stored item when observed from the outside, a shadow of the stored item is observed when viewed from the outside, and the appearance is poor.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a configuration that effectively illuminates the interior of a stored item. Furthermore, it is an object to provide a structure that has a good appearance and has design properties and effects.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration. That is,
A container body having an opening;
A light source provided at an edge of the opening, the light source including a convex portion that protrudes to the inside of the housing body from the inner wall surface of the edge;
A lid provided to be openable and closable with respect to the opening of the housing body;
With
The lid portion includes a concave portion corresponding to the convex portion of the light source and a light guide, and the light guide has a light incident region exposed from the concave portion on a side surface, and emits light on the side opposite to the storage portion. Has an area,
When the lid portion is closed, the convex portion of the light source portion is fitted into the concave portion of the lid portion so that the light source portion and the light incident area face each other, and light from the light source portion is incident on the light. After entering the light guide from the region and guiding the light guide, radiate outside from the light emitting region,
When the lid is open, the light from the light source irradiates the inside of the housing body.
A storage tool.

In the storage device of the present invention, when the lid including the light guide is closed, the light source provided at the edge of the opening and the light incident area of the lid face each other, and the light from the light source is covered. Incident on the light guide body. Then, light is emitted from the light emission region located on the side opposite to the storage portion. Thereby, the said light is observed from the exterior and there exists a decoration effect. In the state where the lid is closed, the convex part of the light source part is fitted into the concave part provided in the lid part, and the light of the light source part is prevented from leaking from the gap between the lid part and the housing part main body, and the appearance is good. Become. On the other hand, in a state where the lid portion is opened, light is emitted from the light source portion to the inside of the storage device, and the inside of the storage portion is illuminated. Since the light source unit is provided in the opening (inside the upper part), the interior of the storage unit is illuminated in a wide range. Further, the light is not easily blocked by the stored items. As a result, the interior of the storage unit is efficiently illuminated.

The storage device of the present invention includes a storage device body and a lid. The storage tool body has a shape having an opening, for example, a bottomed cylindrical shape. A light source part is provided at the edge of the opening. The light source unit includes a convex portion that protrudes to the inside of the storage tool body from the inner wall surface of the edge, and irradiates light to the inside of the storage tool body. The light source unit includes a light emitting device. An LED lamp is preferred as the light emitting device. Since the LED lamp is small, it is suitable for installation in a limited area called the edge of the opening. The kind of LED lamp is not limited, and can be a shell type, a surface mount type, or the like. The emission color of the LED lamp is not particularly limited. A light source unit may be configured by combining a plurality of LED lamps. The plurality of LED lamps may have the same emission color or may include lamps with different emission colors.
A light source unit may be formed by combining a light emitting device and a light guide. For example, using an LED lamp and a light guide rod, the LED lamp is opposed to the end surface of the light guide rod, light is incident from the end surface of the light guide rod, and light is extracted from the side surface of the light guide rod. Thereby, the light from the LED lamp that emits point light can be converted into linear light.

The lid is provided so as to be openable and closable with respect to the opening of the storage tool body. The lid includes a recess and a light guide. The concave portion is provided at a position corresponding to the convex portion of the light source. The light guide has a light incident area exposed from the recess on the side surface and a light emission area on the side opposite to the storage section. The light guide is a flat light guide plate, for example. A concave portion can be formed on the side surface of such a light guide plate as a light incident region, and the upper plane can be used as a light emission region. A light guide rod and a light guide plate can also be used in combination. In this case, the side surface of the light guide rod and the side surface of the light guide plate are arranged adjacent to each other, the end surface of the light guide rod is exposed from the concave portion of the lid portion, and is used as the light incident region, and the upper plane of the light guide plate is the light emitting region And Further, the light incident area of the light guide rod may be concave and the convex portion of the light source may be inserted. This is because the light incident efficiency is improved.

A reflection process is performed on the surface of the light guide body on the side of the housing body (that is, the back surface of the light guide bar). Thereby, a part of the light incident on the light guide travels to the side opposite to the housing body side and is emitted to the outside from the light emitting region. The reflection process can be performed by a known method such as a texture process, a blast process, or a printing process. Further, a metal layer may be provided on the surface on the storage device main body side to form a mirror surface (mirror surface), or a metal thin layer may be formed to form a so-called half mirror surface.
The surface of the light guide opposite to the housing body side (light emission region) may be a smooth surface. Further, the light emitting area may be a half mirror surface. For example, if the light emitting area is a half mirror surface and the surface on the storage device main body side is a mirror surface, the light is repeatedly reflected inside the light guide so that a unique sense of depth is obtained and decorativeness is enhanced. . In addition, by providing a groove (concave) of a desired shape in the light emission region of the light guide, and reflecting light that guides the light guide at the interface of the groove, creating a three-dimensional shadow, It is also possible to give the observer a sense of depth and stereoscopic effect. The light guide may be colored and transparent as well as colorless and transparent. In addition, a light diffusing agent may be included in the light guide to positively diffuse the light in the light guide.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The shape of the lid portion 20 is a substantially flat plate shape having a rectangular shape in plan view, and its edge portion is along the inner wall of the opening portion 11. In the state where the lid portion 20 is closed, light incident regions 31 are provided in the vicinity of both ends of the surface facing the longitudinal edge portion 11a, and a light emitting region 32 is provided on the surface opposite to the main body 10 side. An exploded view of the lid 20 is shown in FIG. In FIG. 3, the LED lamp 12 is also shown. The lid 20 includes a lid upper 21, a lid middle panel 22, a light guide plate 23, a light guide rod 24, and a lid lower 25. A lid middle panel 22, a light guide plate 23, and a light guide bar 24 are sandwiched between the lid upper 21 and the lid lower 25.
The lid upper 21 is made of colorless and transparent acrylic, and has a rectangular flat plate portion 21a in plan view, long side walls 21b and 21c erected on the long edge portion of the flat plate portion 21a, and a short edge portion of the flat plate portion 21a. Short side walls 21d and 21e. A recess 26 is provided in the vicinity of the LED lamp 12 on the longitudinal side wall 21b. The lid middle panel 22 is made of ABS resin. The outer edge of the lid middle panel 22 is along the outer edge of the flat portion 21a of the lid upper 21, and the substantially rectangular central region 22a is cut out to form a frame shape. The shape of the central region 22 a is slightly smaller than the light guide plate 23 described later, and the central region 22 a corresponds to the light emitting region 32.

The light guide plate 23 is made of colorless and transparent acrylic and has a rectangular plate shape in plan view. The upper surface (the surface on the lid upper 21 side) 23a of the light guide plate 23 is subjected to a textured process. The light guide rod 24 is provided adjacent to the light guide plate 23 so that the side surface 24 a faces both short side surfaces 23 b of the light guide plate 23. The light guide plate 23 and the light guide rod 24 are collectively referred to as a light guide 30.

The lid lower 25 is made of ABS resin, and includes a recess 25a along the outer shape of the light guide 30 (the light guide plate 23 and the light guide rod 24) on the lid upper 21 side. A metal plating sheet (not shown) is attached to the bottom surface of the recess 25a. White ink is applied to the wall surface of the recess 25a to enhance the reflectivity. A notch 25b is formed in the vicinity of the LED lamp 12 in the wall portion of the recess 25a. The light guide 30 is placed in the recess 25a. In a state where the light guide 30 is placed in the recess 25a, the end surface 24b of the light guide bar 24 is exposed from the notch 25b. FIG. 4A shows a perspective view of the vicinity of the notch 25b. The notch 25b is a substantially rectangular recess. FIG. 4B shows an enlarged perspective view of the vicinity of the notch 25a in a state where the light guide 30 is placed on the lid lower 25. FIG. The light guide rod 24 is fitted into the notch 25 a so that the end surface 23 b is flush with the side surface of the lid lower 25. FIG. 4C shows an enlarged perspective view of the vicinity of the notch 25a in a state where the lid upper 21 is further attached. The end face 23b is exposed from the recess 26 one step inside. In this way, the light incident region 31 is formed.
A connecting portion 27 is provided at the corner of the lid lower 25 opposite to the notch 25a. The connecting portion 27 has a cylindrical protrusion, and is fitted into a hole (not shown) provided at a corresponding corner of the opening 11 of the main body 10, so that the lid portion 20 is attached. As a result, the lid 20 is opened and closed by rotating about the columnar protrusion of the connecting portion 27 as an axis.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. Next, the usage mode of the console box 1 is demonstrated, referring the said figure. First, in the console box 1, the convex portion 13 which is a light emitting portion of the LED lamp 12 faces the light incident region 31 in a state where the lid portion 20 is closed. Thereby, the light from the LED lamp 12 enters the light guide rod 24 from the light incident region 31. Incident light guides the light guide rod 24 and is reflected to the light guide plate 23 side by the interface of the recess formed in the side portion of the light guide rod 24. Thereby, linear light is generated. The linear light enters the light guide plate 23 from the side surface of the adjacent light guide plate 23. The light incident on the light guide plate 23 guides the light guide plate 23 and is reflected by the metal plating sheet at the bottom of the recess 25a of the lid lower. As a result, light is emitted from the light emission region 32 to the outside. The emitted light is observed from the outside and exhibits a high decorative effect. Further, since the convex portion 13 of the LED lamp 12 enters the concave portion 26 of the lid portion 20 and a gap is prevented from being generated between the LED lamp 12 and the lid portion 20, the external leakage of light is reduced.
On the other hand, in the state where the lid portion 20 is opened, the light emitting portion 13 of the LED lamp 12 protrudes inside the main body 10 as shown in FIG. 2, and the emitted light irradiates the inside of the main body 10. Since the light emitting part 13 is located at a high position inside the main body 10, the light emitted is not easily blocked by the stored items stored in the main body 10, and the inside of the main body 10 is well illuminated. Further, since the surface of the lid 20 on the main body 10 side is white, the light from the LED lamp 12 is diffusely reflected to further illuminate the inside of the main body 10.
As described above, in the console box 1 of the present invention, the light emitted from the LED lamp 12 provides different light emission illuminations in a state where the lid portion 20 is closed and a state where the lid portion 20 is opened. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a light source corresponding to each light emitting illumination, and the installation space for the light source can be reduced. Further, the number of parts is reduced, and the cost can be reduced. The lid 20 is opened and closed by rotating the shaft. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a groove in which the short edge of the lid 20 is fitted is formed in the short edges 11c and 11d of the opening 11. The lid 20 can be slidably formed.
