Claims (9)
- 第1基板上に第1予備第1誘電層を形成する段階と、
前記第1予備第1誘電層上に電子ボールを配置させる段階と、
前記第1予備第1誘電層を硬化して、前記電子ボールを固定する第2予備第1誘電層を形成する段階と、
前記電子ボールを含んだ前記第2予備第1誘電層上に予備第2誘電層を形成する段階と、
前記第2予備第1誘電層と予備第2誘電層を硬化させて、第1及び第2誘電層を形成する段階と、及び
前記第2誘電層を含んだ前記第1基板と第2基板を合着する段階と、
を含む電子ペーパー表示素子の製造方法。 - 前記第2予備第1誘電層を形成する段階は、前記第1予備第1誘電層を半硬化または完全硬化させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子ペーパー表示素子の製造方法。
- 前記電子ボールは、ツイストボールであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子ペーパー表示素子の製造方法。
- 前記第2誘電層上に第2基板を付着する段階以後に合着された前記第1及び第2基板を誘電液にディッピングする段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電子ペーパー表示素子の製造方法。
- 前記電子ボールは、マイクロカプセルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子ペーパー表示素子の製造方法。
- 前記第1及び第2誘電層は、お互いに同一な材質で形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子ペーパー表示素子の製造方法。
- 前記第1及び第2誘電層は、お互いに異なる材質で形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子ペーパー表示素子の製造方法。
- 前記第1誘電層は、光反射層で形成して、前記第2誘電層は光透過層で形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電子ペーパー表示素子の製造方法。
- 前記電子ボールは、黒色、白色、RGB(red、green、blue)及びCYM(cyan、yellow、magent)のうちで少なくともいずれか一つを表示する半球体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子ペーパー表示素子の製造方法。
