Claims (15)
- 観血血圧を検出するための血圧センサと、
心拍動の周期又は呼吸の周期のいずれかを測定するセンサと、
前記センサから得られた周期成分とその高調波成分を用いて前記観血血圧より呼吸機能信号を抽出する抽出手段と
を具備することを特徴とする呼吸機能測定装置。 - 抽出される前記呼吸機能信号を、胸腔内圧と推定すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の呼吸機能測定装置。 - 前記抽出手段は、測定された心拍動の周期及びその高調波成分を選択的に除去すること
を特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の呼吸機能測定装置。 - 前記抽出手段は、測定された心拍動の周期より低い周波数を通過させること
を特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の呼吸機能測定装置。 - 前記抽出手段は、測定された呼吸の周期及びその高調波成分を通過させること
を特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の呼吸機能測定装置。 - 前記心拍動の周期は、心電図、光電容積脈波、動脈圧のいずれかから求められること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の呼吸機能測定装置。 - 前記呼吸の周期は、呼気CO2濃度、呼吸流量、気道内圧、インピーダンス呼吸、呼吸温のいずれかから求められること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の呼吸機能測定装置。 - 前記観血血圧は、中心静脈圧(CVP)又は末梢静脈圧のいずれかであること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の呼吸機能測定装置。 - 前記呼吸の周期を測定するセンサは呼気終末を推定し
前記呼気終末を基準とする抽出された呼吸信号の大きさを求める呼吸変動検出手段を更に含むこと
を特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の呼吸機能測定装置。 - 前記呼気終末は、前記観血血圧の平坦部、呼気CO2濃度、呼吸流量、気道内圧、インピーダンス呼吸、呼吸温のいずれかより求められること
を特徴とする請求項9に記載の呼吸機能測定装置。 - 前記呼吸信号の大きさの極性に基づき、自発呼吸か人工呼吸かを判別する呼吸判別手段を更に含むこと
を特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の呼吸機能測定装置。 - 前記呼吸信号の大きさに基づき、PTP、内因性PEEP、呼吸仕事量、P0.1のいずれか一つ以上を求める二次呼吸機能演算手段
を更に含むこと
を特徴とする請求項9乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の呼吸機能測定装置。 - 前記呼気終末時点を基準として、前記抽出された呼吸信号を塗りつぶし表示すること
を特徴とする請求項9乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の呼吸機能測定装置。 - 前記呼気終末時点を示すマークを、波形表示と同時に表示すること
を特徴とする請求項9乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の呼吸機能測定装置。 - 前記抽出された呼吸信号を横軸、前記呼吸流量を積分して得られる換気量を縦軸に波形表示すること
を特徴とする請求項9乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の呼吸機能測定装置。
