Description

The present invention relates to an adhesive interlining that prevents the occurrence of moire.

Conventionally, for sewing clothes and blouses, interlining has been used to maintain the shape of the sewn product. However, when the outer surface is thin or thick but has a low density, moire (interference fringes) is generated between the outer surface and the interlining bonded to the back surface, which may cause poor appearance. This moire is a big problem in the sewing industry. Various proposals have been made to prevent this.

For example, Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 61-43456 has a bulky processed yarn of 75 denier or less as a weft yarn, and a normal yarn thinner than a synthetic fiber bulky yarn of 75 denier or less or a weft yarn as a warp yarn. Thermal adhesiveness to a woven fabric that has a driving speed of 70 to 140 / inch, a weight of 20 to 50 g / m 2 , a thickness of 0.2 mm or less, and is relaxed so that the distinction between the vertical and horizontal structures is not obvious. An adhesive interlining in which resin powder is randomly attached is described.

In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-74110, a polyester material is added with a matting agent such as titanium oxide in an amount of 0.1% by weight or less of the polyester material, and a false twist is applied to the polyester filament yarn, which is fiberized. In addition, an adhesive interlining in which a heat-adhesive resin is applied to a woven or knitted fabric using the processed yarn is described.

However, in recent years, thinning has further progressed, and conventional techniques such as the above-mentioned proposals have not eliminated moiré. When it is absolutely necessary to prevent moire, the interlining fabric is cut obliquely. This method is cumbersome and expensive, and may change the texture of the outer surface.
Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-43456 JP-A-8-74110

The problem to be solved is that moire occurs when the outer material and the interlining are bonded.

The adhesive interlining of the present invention uses a false twisted yarn of synthetic fiber multifilament of 56 dtex or less as the warp and a false twisted yarn of synthetic fiber filament of 28 dtex or less as the weft, and the fineness / warp of the weft The fineness of the material is 1/2 or less.
Further, the ratio of the cover factor of the weft and the cover factor of the warp is 0.7 or less.

The adhesive interlining according to the present invention does not generate moire when used for bonding to the outer surface.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
The fineness of the synthetic fiber multifilament used for the warp of the present invention is 56 dtex or less, preferably 56 dtex or less and 20 dtex or more. Synthetic fiber multifilaments are composed of a plurality of monofilaments. The fineness of the monofilament is preferably 0.9 to 6 dtex.

The fineness of the synthetic fiber filament used for the weft is 28 dtex or less, and preferably 28 dtex or less and 7 dtex or more. The synthetic fiber filament used for the weft may be a monofilament or a multifilament. The fineness of the monofilament is preferably 0.9 to 11 dtex.

Further, the fineness of the weft / the fineness of the warp may be ½ or less, but is preferably ½ or less and 1/8 or more. More preferably, it is 1/2 or less and 1/5 or more.

The adhesive interlining according to the present invention can prevent moire when the weft fineness is ½ or less of the warp fineness. This causes a large crimp difference in the relaxation process due to the difference in the thickness (fineness) of the warp and the weft. That is, since the warp is thicker than the weft, the crimp in the warp direction is increased. In the finishing process from the raw machine, this crimp difference prevents the wefts that are weaker than the warps from being pulled in the warp direction and the wefts from becoming straight. Since the warp is larger in crimp than the weft, the warp itself is prevented from being linear due to crimp.
The warp and weft of the adhesive interlining of the present invention are not linear, but are wavy, and it is possible to suppress the occurrence of moire even when bonded to the surface.

If the fineness of the weft is greater than half the fineness of the warp, moire occurs depending on the surface. This is because the warp and weft crimps are equal or very close so that no significant undulation occurs.

In the adhesive interlining of the present invention, the ratio of the cover factor of the weft and the cover factor of the warp is preferably 0.7 or less. More preferably, it is 0.7 or less and 0.3 or more. The cover factor (CF) is represented by the following formula.
Cover factor = Yarn density (lines / 2.54cm) x √ Yarn fineness (dtex)
The reason why the lower limit of the cover factor is set to 0.3 or more is that when the density is low, the zipper phenomenon in which the cloth and the cloth stick together is likely to occur, and the handling becomes difficult.

Examples of the synthetic fiber used for the warp and weft of the adhesive interlining of the present invention include polyester fiber, polyamide fiber, and acrylic fiber.
The adhesive interlining of the present invention is used by applying a thermoplastic resin on one side. As this thermoplastic resin, polyurethane resin, polyamide resin, polyester resin, polyethylene resin, ethylene vinyl acetate resin, or the like is used. As a method for applying the thermoplastic resin, a single dot method or a double dot method is mainly used.
