Description
Claims (13)
- 基板部材と、この基板部材上に形成された透明電極膜と、この透明電極膜上に形成され、金属部分とその金属の酸化物部分とからなる複合膜と、この複合膜上に形成された多孔性半導体電極膜と、この多孔性半導体電極膜に吸着または担持された増感色素とを備え、前記多孔性半導体電極膜が前記複合膜の金属部分に接触し且つ酸化物部分に接触していないことを特徴とする、色素増感型太陽電池の光電極基板。
- 前記金属がチタンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の色素増感型太陽電池の光電極基板。
- 前記金属がタンタルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の色素増感型太陽電池の光電極基板。
- 前記複合膜の厚さが1〜100nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の色素増感型太陽電池の光電極基板。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の光電極基板と、この光電極基板の多孔性半導体電極膜に対向して配置された対向電極を備えた対向電極基板と、この対向電極基板と前記光電極基板の間に封入された電解質とからなり、前記複合膜の酸化物部分が前記電解質に接触していることを特徴とする、色素増感型太陽電池。
- 基板部材上に透明電極膜を形成する工程と、この透明電極膜上に金属膜を形成する工程と、この金属膜上に多孔性半導体電極膜を形成する工程と、前記金属膜の一部を酸化して金属部分とその金属の酸化物部分とからなる複合膜を形成する工程と、前記多孔性半導体電極膜に増感色素を吸着または担持させる工程とを備えたことを特徴とする、色素増感型太陽電池の光電極基板の製造方法。
- 前記酸化が陽極酸化であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の色素増感型太陽電池の光電極基板の製造方法。
- 前記複合膜を形成する工程が、前記金属膜上に多孔性半導体電極膜を形成する工程の後に行われることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の色素増感型太陽電池の光電極基板の製造方法。
- 前記酸化が熱酸化であり、前記多孔性半導体電極膜が焼成法によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の色素増感型太陽電池の光電極基板の製造方法。
- 前記複合膜を形成する工程が、前記金属膜上に多孔性半導体電極膜を形成する工程と同時に行われることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の色素増感型太陽電池の光電極基板の製造方法。
- 前記金属がチタンであることを特徴とする、請求項6乃至10のいずれかに記載の色素増感型太陽電池の光電極基板の製造方法。
- 前記金属がタンタルであることを特徴とする、請求項6乃至10のいずれかに記載の色素増感型太陽電池の光電極基板の製造方法。
- 前記金属膜の厚さが1〜100nmであることを特徴とする、請求項6乃至12のいずれかに記載の色素増感型太陽電池の光電極基板の製造方法。
