Description
Claims (5)
- エンジンの発生させる動力を変速する自動変速機構と、前記エンジンによって駆動されて相対的に低い圧力の油圧を発生させる機械式油圧ポンプと、該機械式油圧ポンプに連通されて該機械式油圧ポンプにより発生させられる油圧の少なくとも一部を蓄圧する蓄圧器とを備え、前記自動変速機構の変速比を制御することにより前記エンジンの回転数を変化させる制御をおこなうように構成された自動変速機構の変速制御装置において、
前記自動変速機構は、車両に搭載されて変速比を無段階に設定できる無段変速機構を含み、
前記エンジンが走行慣性力などによって駆動されている被駆動状態であることを判断する被駆動状態判断手段と、
前記蓄圧器の蓄圧量が所定値以下であることを検出する蓄圧量検出手段と、
前記被駆動状態判断手段によって前記エンジンが被駆動状態であることが判断され、かつ、前記蓄圧量検出手段によって前記蓄圧器の蓄圧量が所定値以下であることが検出された場合に、前記蓄圧器に蓄圧させる目標蓄圧量を算出し、更に前記機械式油圧ポンプの発生させる油圧を増圧させるとともに、前記機械式油圧ポンプの発生させる油圧の少なくとも一部を前記蓄圧器に蓄圧させる蓄圧実行手段と、
前記蓄圧実行手段によって算出される前記目標蓄圧量とその時点における前記エンジンの回転数とに基づいて、前記蓄圧器に対し前記目標蓄圧量まで蓄圧させる場合に前記機械式油圧ポンプで発生されて前記車両に対して制動力を付与する前記機械式油圧ポンプの駆動抵抗を算出する駆動抵抗算出手段と、
前記駆動抵抗算出手段によって算出された駆動抵抗に対応した制動力を減じるように前記エンジンの回転数を低下させる前記無段変速機構の変速比を算出するアップシフト量算出手段と、
前記無段変速機構の変速比を前記アップシフト量算出手段によって算出された変速比にアップシフトすることにより、前記機械式油圧ポンプの駆動抵抗に対応した制動力を減じるアップシフト実行手段と
を備えていることを特徴とする自動変速機構の変速制御装置。 - 車両が急制動されている状態であることを判断する急制動判断手段と、
前記急制動判断手段によって前記車両が急制動されている状態であることが判断された場合に、前記無段変速機構の変速比を相対的に小さくするアップシフトを禁止するアップシフト禁止手段と、
前記急制動判断手段によって前記車両が急制動されている状態であることが判断された場合に、前記無段変速機構の変速比を相対的に大きくするダウンシフト実行手段と、
前記ダウンシフト実行手段によって前記無段変速機構の変速比を相対的に大きく設定した場合に、その設定された変速比が予め定められた変速比以上であることを検出する変速比検出手段と
を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機構の変速制御装置。 - 所定時間内に前記エンジンが駆動状態と被駆動状態とを繰り返す回数が所定回数以上であることを検出する駆動状態変化頻度検出手段と、
前記エンジンの回転数が、前記無段変速機構の変速比を相対的に小さくするアップシフトをおこなうことにより前記機械式油圧ポンプで発生させられる駆動抵抗を相殺できる回転数以下であることを検出するエンジン回転数検出手段と
を更に備え、
前記駆動状態変化頻度検出手段によって検出される前記エンジンの駆動状態と被駆動状態とを繰り返す回数が所定回数以上であり、かつ前記蓄圧量検出手段によって検出された前記蓄圧器の蓄圧量が前記所定値よりも大きい場合に、前記蓄圧器に油圧の蓄圧をおこなわないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機構の変速制御装置。 - 前記無段変速機構は、ベルトが巻き掛けられるプーリの溝幅を、該プーリを構成する可動シーブを油圧によって移動させることにより変更するベルト式無段変速機構であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機構の変速制御装置。
- 前記ダウンシフト実行手段は、前記無段変速機構の変速比を前記車両が再発進できる変速比もしくは最大変速比のいずれか一方に設定してダウンシフトすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動変速機構の変速制御装置。
