Description
Claims (14)
- 含体形状の装置本体2の一側に備えられてコンピューターまたはノートパソコンのUSBポートとジャック結合及び分離が可能に繋がれるUSBコネクタ10と、
前記USBコネクタ10と繋がれ、前記コンピューターまたはノートパソコンとデータを送受信するようにUSBプロトコルでエミュレーションするUSBドライバブロック20と、
前記USBコネクタ10と繋がれ、前記コンピューターまたはノートパソコンから電源の供給を受けて携帯用端末機に供給したり、データを送受信するための直列共振コンバータ50、及び電流センシングブロック60を制御するMPUブロック30と、
前記直列共振コンバータ50からのデータ信号及び電源信号を前記携帯用端末機に無線で伝送するための誘導起電力を発生させるように装置本体2の上部に設けられる1次コイル70と、を含めて構成し、
前記直列共振コンバータ50は、前記USBドライバブロック20と前記携帯用端末機間に送受信されるデータ信号、及び前記USBコネクタ10から前記携帯用端末機に供給される電源信号を変換、合算するように構成され、
前記電流センシングブロック60は、前記1次コイル70と対応する前記携帯用端末機側の2次コイル80による負荷変調信号を感知した1次コイル70から伝送された前記2次コイル80の信号を分析して前記携帯用端末機を認識し、充電電圧を安定電圧に制御するように前記1次コイル70、前記2次コイル80を監視し、かつ、前記MPUブロック30に信号を伝送するように構成されたことを特徴とする無線データ通信及び電力伝送が可能な無接点充電装置。 - 前記1次コイル70は、
分離型変圧器を構成する1次コイルであって、フレキシブルプリント基板、プリント基板、コイル及びフェライトコアのうちいずれか1つからなり、かつ、円形、四角形または多角形に形成され、
前記直列共振コンバータ50は、半波型または全波型で直列/並列共振型コンバータであるLLCフルブリッジ直列共振コンバータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線データ通信及び電力伝送が可能な無接点充電装置。 - 前記USBドライバブロック20及び前記MPUブロック30と前記直列共振コンバータ50間に備えられてブートストラップゲートドライバを備えたゲートドライブブロック40と、
前記2次コイル80の信号のうちバッテリー充電状態信号を感知した前記1次コイル70から信号の伝送を受けて前記MPUブロック30の制御によって充電用バッテリー230の充電状態を表示するディスプレイ部3と、をさらに含めて構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線データ通信及び電力伝送が可能な無接点充電装置。 - 前記装置本体2の内部の温度を感知して前記1次コイル70の温度を測定し、回路遮断のために前記MPUブロック30に信号を伝送する温度保護回路部92と、
前記1次コイル70と直列で繋がれ、前記1次コイル70に流れる電流が過多であったり内部温度が過熱されれば電流を遮断するバイメタル71と、
前記装置本体2の内部の埃及び臭いを感知する埃臭いセンサー90と、
マイナスイオンを発生させて細菌撲滅用抗菌スプレーを噴射するイオン発生部91と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線データ通信及び電力伝送が可能な無接点充電装置。 - 前記電流センシングブロック60は、
前記1次コイル70で一定インターバルのPWMパルスを発生させて、これに応答する前記2次コイル80からの感知信号が規定された信号であればIDを与えてデータ信号及び電力信号を伝送し続け、応答がなかったり応答信号が規定された信号ではないと検出されれば異物として感知してデータ信号及び電力信号の伝送を中止する異物感知機能をさらに備えて構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線データ通信及び電力伝送が可能な無接点充電装置。 - 前記USBドライバブロック20は、
USBプロトコル及びIrDAに相互変換するIrDA信号変換部21をさらに備え、
前記IrDA信号変換器21によってIrDAに変換されたデータ信号を前記MPUブロック30の制御によって前記携帯用端末機と互いに送受信するIrDAポート22をさらに備え、
前記携帯用端末機の固有IDを感知して区別する携帯用端末機ID鑑別部をさらに構成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線データ通信及び電力伝送が可能な無接点充電装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のうちいずれか1項の無接点充電装置1の充電本体2の一側と互いに接触可能にさせて、前記1次コイル70と非接触状態で磁場によってデータ信号を送受信し、電力信号の伝送を受ける前記2次コイル80が一側に構成された充電体本体201、
前記充電体本体201の内部一側に前記2次コイル80と繋がれて前記1次コイル70から伝送される電力信号を処理して充電用バッテリー230に伝送し、前記1次コイル70と送受信するデータ信号を処理する充電体制御部210、
前記充電体制御部210の制御によって前記充電用バッテリー230に充電用電力を伝送させる充電回路220を含み、
前記充電回路220は前記充電用バッテリー230の電源を前記携帯用端末機に供給するように構成されたことを特徴とする充電用バッテリーパック。 - 前記充電体制御部210は、
前記無接点充電装置1から最初繋がれたことを感知すれば固有IDを前記2次コイル80及び前記1次コイル70を通じて前記無接点充電装置1に伝送させる固有ID部と、
前記充電用バッテリー230の充電程度を感知して前記無接点充電装置1に伝送する充電感知部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の充電用バッテリーパック。 - 前記充電体本体201は、
前記携帯用端末機と分離及び締結が可能であるように別体として設けられる分離型パックで構成されたり、または
前記携帯用端末機の本体ケース内部に内蔵されて一体として設けられる一体型パックで構成され、
前記2次コイル80は分離型変圧器を構成する2次コイルであって、フレキシブルプリント基板、プリント基板、コイル及びフェライトコアのうちいずれか1つからなり、かつ、円形、四角形または多角形で形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の充電用バッテリーパック。 - 前記分離型パックの充電体本体201は、
前記充電体制御部210の制御によって前記充電用バッテリー230の電源を前記携帯用端末機に供給するターミナルブロック240をさらに構成したことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の充電用バッテリーパック。 - 前記充電体本体201は、
充電レシーバーモジュール517に巻線された2次コイル516から誘導された電力が無線電力受信回路513を通じて充電されるバッテリーセル512、
前記バッテリーセル512の底面、前後左右の4面を包んでAl、Cu、またはNi合金を含めて構成され、磁場から前記バッテリーセル512を保護する遮蔽板515、515−1、515−2、515−3、515−4、
前記遮蔽板515と前記充電レシーバーモジュール517間に備えられてフェライト系列、Mn−Zn(50重量部:50重量部)、Ni−Fe(80重量部:20重量部)、またはファインメタル(Fe-Si-Cu-Nb)を含めて構成されて2次コイル516に誘導磁場が誘導され易くする磁性板503、
前記遮蔽板515と前記バッテリーセル512間にNI−Cuからなるメッシュまたは放熱可能であって熱伝導を落とせる絶縁体で構成されて前記遮蔽板515の熱がバッテリーセル512に伝導されないようにする絶縁板502、
前記無線電力受信回路513を包んでAl、Cu、またはNi合金を含めて構成されて前記無線電力受信回路513に磁場を遮蔽する遮蔽部材501を含めて構成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の充電用バッテリーパック。 - 請求項7の無接点充電装置1から電源の供給を受けてデータを送受信することを特徴とする無接点充電装置を用いた携帯用端末機。
- 請求項9の一体型パックの充電体本体201を備える充電用バッテリーパック200を内蔵し、
IrDAコントローラ302及び無接点充電装置1のIrDAポート22とデータ通信をするIrDAポートを含めて構成されたことを特徴とする携帯用端末機。 - 請求項8の充電用バッテリーパック200のターミナルブロック240と電気的に接触されて電源の供給を受ける電力受信ターミナルブロック310と、
前記電力受信ターミナルブロック310と繋がれて電力を変換するDC/DCコンバータ320と、
前記DC/DCコンバータ320で変換された電力を充電する充電ブロック330と、を構成したことを特徴とする無接点充電装置を用いた携帯用端末機。
