Description
Claims (7)
- 風力を受けるブレードと共に回転する風力発電機の主軸を回転自在に支持する円錐ころ軸受であって、
軸方向端部に大鍔部を有する内輪と、
外輪と、
一方側の小端面から他方側の大端面に貫通する貫通孔を有する円錐ころと、
前記貫通孔に挿通するピンおよびこの前記ピンの両端に位置し、前記円錐ころの両端面に当接する側板を有するピン型保持器とを備え、
前記側板は、前記円錐ころの大端面に当接する面に潤滑剤溜り用凹部を有し、
前記潤滑剤溜り用凹部には、前記大鍔部と前記円錐ころの大端面との当接面に供給するための潤滑剤が予め充填されており、
前記潤滑剤溜り用凹部は、前記側板の内周面と前記側板の外周面の間の位置であって、前記側板の内周面および前記側板の外周面から離れた位置に設けられており、前記円錐ころの大端面に当接する面から軸方向に貫通することなく凹んだ形状である、円錐ころ軸受。 - 前記潤滑剤溜り用凹部は、前記円錐ころの公転軌道に沿って延びる円周溝である、請求項1に記載の円錐ころ軸受。
- 前記潤滑剤溜り用凹部は、前記円錐ころの自転中心の周りに位置するように形成されている、請求項1に記載の円錐ころ軸受。
- 前記側板は、前記円錐ころの大端面に当接する面の角部に面取り加工部を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の円錐ころ軸受。
- 前記潤滑剤溜り用凹部は、前記円錐ころの小端面に当接する面に設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の円錐ころ軸受。
- 風力を受けるブレードと共に回転する風力発電機の主軸を回転自在に支持する円錐ころ軸受用ピン型保持器であって、
前記ピン型保持器は、円錐ころを貫通するピンと、前記ピンの両端に位置し、前記円錐ころの両端面に当接する側板とを備え、前記側板は、前記円錐ころの大端面に当接する面に潤滑剤溜り用凹部を有し、
前記潤滑剤溜り用凹部には、前記円錐ころ軸受に備えられる内輪の軸方向端部に設けられる大鍔部と前記円錐ころの大端面との当接面に供給するための潤滑剤が予め充填されており、
前記潤滑剤溜り用凹部は、前記側板の内周面と前記側板の外周面の間の位置であって、前記側板の内周面および前記側板の外周面から離れた位置に設けられており、前記円錐ころの大端面に当接する面から軸方向に貫通することなく凹んだ形状である、円錐ころ軸受用ピン型保持器。 - 風力を受けるブレードと、
その一端が前記ブレードに固定され、ブレードとともに回転する主軸と、
固定部材に組み込まれ、前記主軸を回転自在に支持する円錐ころ軸受とを備えた風力発電機の主軸支持構造において、
前記円錐ころ軸受は、軸方向端部に大鍔部を有する内輪と、外輪と、一方側の小端面から他方側の大端面に貫通する貫通孔を有する円錐ころと、前記貫通孔に挿通するピンおよびこの前記ピンの両端に位置し、前記円錐ころの両端面に当接する側板を有するピン型保持器とを備え、
前記ピン型保持器の側板は、前記円錐ころの大端面に当接する面に潤滑剤溜り用凹部を有し、
前記潤滑剤溜り用凹部には、前記大鍔部と前記円錐ころの大端面との当接面に供給するための潤滑剤が予め充填されており、
前記潤滑剤溜り用凹部は、前記側板の内周面と前記側板の外周面の間の位置であって、前記側板の内周面および前記側板の外周面から離れた位置に設けられており、前記円錐ころの大端面に当接する面から軸方向に貫通することなく凹んだ形状である、風力発電機の主軸支持構造。
