Description
― 1つの血液管を収容して、この血液管を、撹拌の選択された形式により撹
拌する撹拌装置と、
― 規定されたパラメータにより制御された条件下で、前記血液管を撹拌する
ために、前記撹拌装置に接続された制御手段と、
― 前記撹拌装置により予め撹拌された前記血液管から血液のサンプルを抜き
取り、前記血液のサンプルを分析ブロックへ移送するサンプル採取手段と
から成っている。
Claims (16)
- 管に入れられた血液の分析のための全血の血液分析器であって、管を1つずつ凹所に挿入して処理するものにおいて、
血液分析器は、
― ストッパ(26)によりシールされるように構成された血液管(24)と、
― 前記血液管(24)を収容および保持して、この血液管を、撹拌の選択された形式で反転により撹拌する撹拌装置(12;61;64)であって、回転して前記血液管(24)の撹拌を行うドラムを有し、前記ドラムは血液管を直接かまたは支持部(58)を介して収容するための、特定形状の1つの血液管に使用され、ドラム内へ延びる単数の凹所(22)または、それぞれ異なる形状の血液管に使用され、ドラム内へ延びる複数の凹所(22−1,22−2,22−3)を有するものと、
― 血液分析器の内部における血液管上のストッパの有無を撹拌前に検知可能な場所に配置された光学センサ(38)と、
― 規定されたパラメータにより制御された条件下で反転により前記血液管(24)を撹拌するために、前記撹拌装置(12;61;64)に接続された制御手段(44,46)と、
― 前記撹拌装置に保持されるとともに前記撹拌装置により予め撹拌された前記血液管(24)から血液のサンプルを抜き取るための手段であり、血液のサンプルの分析を行う分析ユニット(40)へ血液のサンプルを移送するサンプル採取手段(32)であって、ストッパの存在が検知された際にストッパに穿孔するための針を有するものと、
から成ることを特徴とする血液分析器。 - 前記制御手段(46)が、撹拌装置の撹拌時間をプログラミングするためのプログラミング手段(47)を有している請求項1記載の血液分析器。
- 前記撹拌装置(12)が、連続する血液管の完全反転により撹拌する撹拌手段から成る請求項1および2のいずれか1項記載の血液分析器。
- 前記撹拌装置(61)が、連続する血液管の部分反転により撹拌する撹拌手段から成る請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の血液分析器。
- 前記撹拌装置(61)が、垂直面において連続する血液管の揺動運動により撹拌する撹拌手段から成る請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の血液分析器。
- 前記撹拌装置(64)が、所定の回転方向における垂直軸(68)を中心とする血液管の回転と、撹拌の停止と、反対方向の垂直軸(68)を中心とする血液管の回転と撹拌の再度の停止とからなるシーケンスを行う撹拌手段から成る請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の血液分析器。
- 前記制御手段(46)が、血液管の完全反転数を規定する撹拌時間を設定している請求項3記載の血液分析器。
- 前記制御手段(46)が、血液管の部分反転数を規定する撹拌時間を設定している請求項4記載の血液分析器。
- 前記制御手段(46)は、血液管の揺動運動数を規定する撹拌時間を設定している請求項5記載の血液分析器。
- 前記制御手段(46)は、回転及び回転停止のシーケンス数を規定する撹拌時間を設定している請求項6記載の血液分析器。
- 前記制御手段(46)の撹拌パラメータは、直接、血液分析器に設定されるかあるいは独立した制御ステーションを介して設定されている請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項記載の血液分析器。
- 撹拌パラメータは、使用のプロフィールに集められている請求項11記載の血液分析器。
- 前記撹拌装置(12;61;64)と分析ユニット(40)とは同時に操作されて、既に撹拌された血液管が分析されている間に、撹拌手段により血液管を撹拌することができる請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項記載の血液分析器。
- 前記制御手段(46)が、撹拌を実施できないように撹拌時間をゼロに設定可能である請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項記載の血液分析器。
- 請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項記載の血液分析器において、前記針は、穿孔される管の上方に直接位置している血液分析器。
- 請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項記載の血液分析器において、前記針は、穿孔される管の下方に直接位置している血液分析器。
