Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態における照明装置及びそれを用いた光源ユニットの要部を示す図であり、(a)は光源ユニット10の上部を省略して示す上面図、(b)は(a)の側断面図である。また、図2は、本実施形態における集光手段を模式的に示す図であり、(a)は正面図、(b)は(a)のA−A断面図である。同様に、図3は、本実施形態における光拡散手段を模式的に示す図であり、(a)は正面図、(b)は(a)のA−A断面図である。
Claims (4)
- 複数のLEDを二次元状に配列してなる面光源と、前記面光源からの光を略平行光に変換する集光手段とを備え、該集光手段は、それぞれの前記LEDに対応する位置に設けられたフレネルレンズからなるとともに、前記集光手段の後段に光拡散手段をさらに備え、該光拡散手段は、前記集光手段のフレネルレンズよりも口径の小さいフレネルレンズを、前記集光手段よりも高密度に配列してなることを特徴とする照明装置。
- 前記フレネルレンズは、F値が1以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明装置。
- 前記光拡散手段は、凹レンズの曲率プロファイルを備えたフレネルレンズを含むことを特徴する請求項1または2に記載の照明装置。
- 電極を形成した一対の基板間に液晶を保持してなる液晶パネルと、該液晶パネルの背後に配置された請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置とを備えることを特徴とする光源ユニット。
