Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sterilizing agent container that contains a sterilizing agent that is disposed, for example, in a bathtub and sterilizes hot water in the bathtub.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As such a conventional sterilant container, the one shown in FIG. 4 is known. The conventional sterilizing agent container shown in FIG. 4 includes a drug holder 101 and a cover 102 that engages the drug holder 101 with a screw portion 100. A weight 103 is attached to the bottom of the medicine holder 101, and an opening 112 is formed on the side surface. On the other hand, the cover 102 is provided with a hole 121. When the container for sterilizing agent is submerged in a bathtub (not shown) with the cover 102 attached to the medicine holder 101, the hot water in the bathtub holds the medicine from the opening 112. Enter the vessel 101. When hot water enters in this way, air is pushed out from the hole 121.
[0003]
However, when the level of the hot water that has entered the medicine holder 101 rises to the height of the hole 121, the water level does not rise any further.
[0004]
The sterilizing agent 104 is formed by forming calcium hypochlorite (Ca (ClO) 2 ) into a tablet having a diameter of about 3 cm as shown in the figure. When 7 to 8 of these sterilizing agents 104 are set in the medicine holder 101 and put in the bathtub, the hot water in the bathtub enters the medicine holder 101 as described above, and the three sterilizing agents 104 are placed from below. Submerge in hot water. The sterilizing agent 104 submerged in the hot water gradually dissolves in the hot water and becomes a solution and diffuses from the opening 112 into the bathtub. The sterilizing agent 104 that is submerged gradually dissolves and becomes smaller, and the sterilizing agent 104 that is not submerged gradually descends and submerges. Thus, a certain amount of the sterilizing agent 104 is always submerged, and the sterilizing agent solution can be stably diffused from the opening 112 into the bathtub over a long period of time.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional sterilant container shown in FIG. 4 above, the air portion of the gap 105 or the upper gap 106 between the medicine holder 101 and the cover 102 generates buoyancy, and both the settling force of the weight 103 and this buoyancy force are generated. As a result, the sterilant container is less likely to tilt. However, for example, when a person in the bathtub hits the sterilizing agent container, the sterilizing agent container is tilted, and air leaks from the holes 121 at that time. In the conventional sterilant container, since the gap 105 and the upper gap 106 are relatively small, even if a small amount of air leaks, the reduction rate of air is large, so that the water level in the medicine holder 101 rises greatly and the water is submerged. The amount of sterilant 104 to be increased is increased.
[0006]
Further, since there is no barrier between the gap 105 and the upper gap 106, when the sterilizing agent container is tilted, the hot water entering the gap 105 easily reaches the upper gap 106 and further holds the drug from above. Hot water is easy to enter into the vessel 101. As described above, when hot water enters the medicine holder 101 from above, there arises a problem that the sterilizing agent 104 not submerged is wetted and dissolved.
[0007]
Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention provides a sterilant container in which the amount of submergence of a sterilant is unlikely to change even if the air leaks to some extent, and the sterilant that is not submerged is less likely to be hot. This is the issue.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the sterilizing agent container according to the present invention is used by being immersed in hot water in a bathtub, and has a weight at the bottom and an opening that allows hot water to enter and exit from the lower side. A bottomed cylindrical medicine holding part, and a bottomed cylindrical shape that covers the medicine holding part from above in a posture where the bottom part is upward, and the level of hot water entering the medicine holding part from the opening In a sterilant container installed in a bathtub with a plurality of tablet-like sterilizing agents placed in a medicine holding part, which is defined by the position of the air vent hole opened in the cylindrical part, The upper end portion of the holding portion is enlarged to form a funnel portion that contacts the inner peripheral surface of the cover, and the drug holding portion is surrounded between the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the cover and the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the drug holding portion. the float portion of the annular shape is formed, a funnel top of the float portion Closed by the, characterized in that the hot water in the float portion is prevented from entering the drug holding portion from the funnel section.
[0009]
When the sterilizing agent container is submerged in the bathtub, air remains in the float portion, so even if the air leaks to some extent, the reduction rate of air is small, and therefore the rise in the water level in the medicine holding portion can be kept small. Moreover, since the float part is obstruct | occluded by the funnel part, the hot water in a float part prevents a funnel part from entering into a chemical | medical agent holding | maintenance part.
[0010]
In addition, while forming the L-shaped recessed part opened upwards in the outer peripheral surface of the said funnel part, the convex part which engages with this recessed part and connects a cover and a chemical | medical agent holding part mutually on the inner peripheral surface of a cover May be formed.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring to FIG. 1, BT is a relatively large bathtub provided in a public bath or a large public bath of an inn. The sterilant container 1 according to the present invention is set in the bathtub BT so as to be submerged in the hot water. As shown in FIG. 2, the sterilizing agent container 1 includes a medicine container 2 and a cover 3. The same sterilizing agent 4 stored in the above-described conventional sterilizing agent container is filled in the medicine container 2, and then the cover 3 is put on the medicine container 2 from above.
[0012]
The medicine container 2 has a bottomed cylindrical shape, and the upper end portion is enlarged in diameter to form a funnel portion 22. The outer diameter of the funnel portion 22 is almost the same as the inner diameter of the cover 3. Therefore, when the cover is placed on the medicine container 2, there is almost no gap between the funnel portion 22 and the inner peripheral surface of the cover 3. .
[0013]
Further, an L-shaped groove 23 opened upward was formed on the outer peripheral surface of the funnel portion 22. On the other hand, a convex portion 32 that engages with the groove 23 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cover 3. When the cover 3 is put on the medicine container 2, the convex portion 32 is put into the groove 23. And if the cover 3 is rotated clockwise, the convex part 32 will move over the protrusion 23a and will move to the front-end | tip of the groove | channel 23. FIG. Then, even if the cover 3 is lifted upward, the medicine container 2 does not fall off from the cover 3.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 3, when the cover 3 is put on the medicine container 2, the diameter of the funnel portion 22 is increased, and therefore the float part 6, which is a relatively wide gap between the medicine container 2 and the cover 3, is formed. It is formed. The upper part of the float part 6 is closed by a funnel part 22. In addition, 5 is a weight.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 3, when the sterilizing agent container 1 is submerged in a state where the sterilizing agent 4 is filled, hot water in the bathtub BT enters the medicine container 2 from the opening 21. The air in the medicine container 2 is pushed up by the hot water entering, flows from the hole 20 provided in the medicine container 2 to the float 6, and is further discharged from the hole 31 provided in the cover 3. Since the medicine container 2 and the float part 6 are not completely airtightly partitioned, the water level in the medicine container 2 finally rises to the upper edge of the hole 31 and the rise in the water level stops there.
[0016]
In this state, for example, when a person taking a bath hits the sterilant container 1, the sterilant container 1 tilts in hot water. Then, a part of the air in the float part 6 becomes a bubble and leaks from the hole 31. The posture of the sterilizing agent container 1 immediately returns to the upright state due to the settling force of the weight 5, and air in the float portion 6 does not leak any more. Moreover, since the volume of the float part 6 is larger than the volume of the air part of the conventional container for sterilizing agents, even if air leaks from the hole 31, the water level in the medicine container 2 does not rise so much. Moreover, since the upper part of the float part 6 is obstruct | occluded by the funnel part 22, even if the container 1 for sterilizing agents inclines largely, the hot water in the float part 6 does not turn around above the chemical | medical agent container 2. FIG. Furthermore, since the diameter of the funnel portion 22 is increased, it is easy to fill the sterilizing agent 4 when filling the medicine container 2.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As apparent from the above description, the present invention forms a funnel portion at the upper end portion of the medicine storage portion, forms the float portion, and closes the upper portion of the float portion with the funnel portion. Even if it is tilted in the hot water, the water level in the medicine container is not increased, and the hot water in the float part does not wrap around the medicine container. Furthermore, since the upper end of the medicine container expands, it is easy to fill the medicine container with the sterilizing agent.
