Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a thermal printing paper that is optimal for admission tickets and coupon tickets.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Thermal printing paper is known which has a thermosensitive coloring layer on the surface of a paper substrate and is printed by a thermal printer.
[0003]
When using such a thermal printing paper, for example, to form an admission ticket or the like that is cut off at a predetermined location and used as a stub, the paper width is crossed at a predetermined location on the thermal printing paper a as shown in FIG. The perforation b to be formed is formed in advance so that the perforation b can be easily separated.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the conventional perforation b is formed so that the individual incisions constituting the perforation b penetrate the front and back of the paper base material, and therefore there is a gap where the incision is opened on the printing surface made of the thermosensitive coloring layer. In addition, burrs are generated at the edge of the cut. For this reason, when printing is performed on the perforation b, there is a problem that a part of the character is interrupted and so-called printing omission occurs due to the gap or burr. Further, when paper dust generated from the edge of the notch adheres to the thermal head, heat application to the heat-sensitive color developing layer is not performed satisfactorily, causing printing trouble. For this reason, in thermal printing paper on which printing is performed by a thermal printer, the generation of paper dust due to the formation of perforations has been a major problem.
[0005]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a thermal printing paper that can solve the conventional problems.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a thermal printing paper comprising a single- cut paper piece provided with a thermosensitive coloring layer on the surface of a paper base material, and a back end of the single- cut paper piece is provided with a side end portion that traverses the paper width and performs the first separation operation. Except for cuts that do not cut the paper thickness, half-cut perforations or half-cut lines, and only one or a plurality of easy cuts that form normal perforations that penetrate the front and back sides only. The thermal printing paper is characterized in that a line is formed.
[0007]
Here, the half-cut perforations or half-cut lines formed on the back side of the cut sheet paper are cut so as not to cut the paper thickness from the back side to the front side of the paper substrate. No perforations or half-cut lines appear on the printed surface on the surface side where the thermosensitive coloring layer is formed. As a result, no gaps or burrs due to the formation of perforations or half-cut lines occur on the printing surface, and even if printing is performed at a position corresponding to the perforations or half-cut lines, no print omission occurs. In addition, since the thermal head is not soiled by paper dust generated from the edge of the cut, no printing trouble occurs. And the thermal printing paper on which printing was performed in this way can be easily separated by an easy cutting line at the time of use.
[0008]
The present invention also provides a thermal coloring layer on the surface of a paper substrate, and is a long thermal printing paper that is cut into a predetermined length after printing to form a plurality of single-cut paper pieces. , across the width, and with the exception of the side edge portion of the first detach operation consists cut so as not to cut the paper thickness, half the cut-shaped perforation or half-cut line, front and back only the end portion The thermal printing paper is characterized in that a single or a plurality of easy-cut lines are formed as normal perforations penetrating the paper.
[0009]
In such a configuration, the long thermal printing paper can be wound in a roll shape or folded in a fold shape, and is suitable for printing by a printer that performs continuous automatic feeding. It becomes. In such a long thermal printing paper, a single or a plurality of half-cut sewing machines are provided on the back surface of each single-cut paper piece to be cut to a predetermined length after printing. Due to the formation of easy-cut lines consisting of eyes or half-cut lines, as described above, printing failures caused by gaps and burrs during printing, and thermal heads becoming dirty with paper dust, are the same as above. And can be easily cut off with an easy cutting line during use.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the thermal printing paper according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. The thermal printing paper 1 in this embodiment is composed of a single-cut sheet piece 4 provided with a thermosensitive coloring layer 3 on the surface of a paper substrate 2, and has a rectangular shape sized to meet the specifications of the printer used for printing. . As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, single or plural easy cutting lines 5 that cross the paper width are formed on the back surface of the cut sheet 4. The easy-cutting line 5 is a half-cut perforation or a half-cut line. The easy-cutting line 5 can be used to easily cut the cut sheet 4. Here, as shown in FIG. 1A, when a single easy-to-cut line 5 is formed at a predetermined location on the cut sheet 4, the admission ticket or the like separated by the easy-to-cut line 5 into a stub. In addition, as shown in FIG. 1B, when a plurality of easy-cut lines 5 are formed at a predetermined interval, they are suitable for coupons that are sequentially separated and used. The form of such an easy-cut line 5 can be appropriately set according to the purpose of use.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 2, the half-cut perforation or half-cut line constituting the easy-cut line 5 is formed by a cut that does not cut the paper thickness from the back side to the front side of the paper substrate 2. The perforations are formed in broken lines and the half-cut lines are formed in continuous lines, and no perforations or half-cut lines appear on the printing surface on the surface side where the thermosensitive coloring layer 3 is present.
[0012]
As the line type of the half-cut perforation or the half-cut line, any line type such as wavy line or zigzag is applied in addition to the straight line type, and such a half-cut perforation or Half-cut lines can be easily formed using a half-cut sewing machine. Further, only the side end portion of the easy-cutting line 5 that crosses the paper width may be a normal perforation 5 ′ that penetrates the front and back as shown in FIG. Thereby, the first separation operation at the time of separation is facilitated.
[0013]
In such a configuration, the thermal printing paper 1 is supplied to the thermal printer, and the thermal coloring layer 3 is colored by applying heat by the thermal head so that the required printing can be performed so that it can be used as an admission ticket or a coupon ticket. Is called. At the time of printing, there is no easy cutting line 5 on the printing surface on the surface side where the thermosensitive coloring layer 3 is present, and there are gaps in which the perforation cuts are opened or burrs generated at the edge of the cut. Therefore, even if printing is performed at a position corresponding to the easy cutting line 5, printing omission does not occur. Further, since the easy cutting line 5 is provided on the back side of the thermal printing paper 1, paper dust generated from the edge of the cut does not adhere to the thermal head. Thereby, the heat application action by the thermal head is not hindered, and it is possible to prevent a printing failure due to the thermal head becoming dirty with paper dust.
[0014]
3 and 4 show a second embodiment, and the thermal printing paper 1 of this embodiment is formed in a long shape in which a plurality of cut sheet pieces 4 in the first embodiment are continuous. The long thermal printing paper 1 is wound in a roll shape as shown in FIG. 3 or folded in a fold shape as shown in FIG. Here, the long thermal printing paper 1 wound in a roll shape is cut at a position indicated by an imaginary line 6 after printing into a single-cut sheet piece 4 having a predetermined length. Further, the long thermal printing paper 1 folded in a twisted manner is cut at a folding line 7 after printing to form a single-cut sheet 4 having a predetermined length. Further, as in the first embodiment, easy cut lines 5 made of single or plural half-cut perforations or half-cut lines are formed on the back surface of each single-cut sheet piece 4. 3 and 4 show a state in which a single easy cutting line 5 is formed, but a plurality of such easy cutting lines 5 may be formed as shown in FIG. Good.
[0015]
In such a configuration, the long thermal printing paper 1 can be wound in a roll shape or folded in a fold shape, and is suitable for printing by a printer that performs continuous automatic feeding. As a result, the printing efficiency and handleability can be improved. A single or a plurality of half-cuts are provided on the back surface of each single-sheet paper piece 4 of such a long thermal printing paper 1 and cut into a predetermined length after printing. In the same way as in the first embodiment, the printing lines caused by gaps and burrs during printing, and the thermal head is made of paper dust. It is possible to prevent printing troubles due to smearing. In use, it can be easily separated by the easy cutting line 5.
[0016]
In both of the above embodiments, an appropriate background pattern or design pattern is preliminarily printed on the surface of the paper substrate 2 on the surface side of the cut sheet 4 before the thermosensitive coloring layer 3 is formed. In addition, “001 admission ticket”, “00 coupon ticket” and other common required information may be printed and formed according to the purpose of use. In this case, if the cut sheet piece 4 is, for example, an admission ticket for a baseball field, necessary individual information such as a participating team, a game date, and a designated seat number is printed on the printing surface by a thermal printer.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention is a thermal printing paper composed of a single-cut paper piece provided with a thermosensitive coloring layer on the surface of a paper base material, and the back surface of the single-cut paper piece has a single or plural half-cut shape. Since it is an easy-cut line consisting of perforations or half-cut lines, there are no gaps or burrs on the print surface due to the formation of perforations as in the past, and printing is performed at a position corresponding to the easy-cut lines. Even if the printing is applied, the printing omission does not occur, so that the visibility of the printing information can be improved. In addition, as described above, since the easy cutting line is formed on the back side of the cut sheet, the thermal head is not soiled by paper dust generated from the perforation or the cut edge of the half cut line, Printing troubles due to the paper dust can be prevented.
[0018]
The present invention also includes a thermal coloring layer on the surface of a paper substrate, and is a long thermal printing paper that is cut into a predetermined length after printing into a plurality of single-cut paper pieces, Since easy-cutting lines consisting of single or plural half-cut perforations or half-cut lines are formed on the back surface, in addition to the above-described effects of easy-cutting lines, a thermal printer that performs continuous automatic feeding It is suitable for printing, and has an excellent effect that can improve printing efficiency and handleability.
