Description
Claims (16)
- 熱交換器、特に自動車用給気冷却器であって、流動媒体を分配および/または集合するための少なくとも1つの室を有する少なくとも1つの箱と、前記少なくとも1つの室と連通結合された管を有する少なくとも1つの管束とを備えており、前記少なくとも1つの箱が、管束の管を差込可能な孔を備えた1つの管底と、少なくとも2つの側壁を備えた1つのハウジング蓋と、前記少なくとも2つの側壁を結合する少なくとも1つの安定化要素とを有するものにおいて、
少なくとも1つの側壁が少なくとも1つの第1受容部を有し、前記少なくとも1つの安定化要素が少なくとも1つの第1力伝達要素を有し、この力伝達要素が前記少なくとも1つの側壁の前記少なくとも1つの第1受容部内に形状嵌合式に受容可能であり、
前記少なくとも1つの箱の管底が少なくとも1つの第2受容部を有し、前記少なくとも1つの安定化要素が少なくとも1つの第2力伝達要素を有し、この力伝達要素が前記少なくとも1つの第2受容部内に係合することを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第1力伝達要素が前記少なくとも1つの第2力伝達要素と一体に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの安定化要素が少なくとも1つの力吸収要素を有し、この力吸収要素が実質的に管底の2つの隣接する孔の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の熱交換器。
- 前記力吸収要素がばね弾性に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの力吸収要素が少なくとも1つの第1力伝達要素および/または少なくとも1つの第2力伝達要素と一体に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの安定化要素が少なくとも1つの流れ誘導面を有し、この流れ誘導面が、少なくとも一部で、管束の1つの管の1つの壁の少なくとも1つの内面または外面に、および/または管底の1つの孔の1つの縁の少なくとも1つの内面に、実質的に続いていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流れ誘導面が少なくとも縁領域で管壁の前記少なくとも1つの内面または外面の方に、および/または孔縁の前記少なくとも1つの内面の方に、湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの安定化要素がその主要構成部品に関して1つの二重回転対称軸線を有し、前記回転対称軸線が管束の1つの管の長手軸線と平行であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも1つの安定化要素が少なくとも1つの結合要素を介して少なくとも1つの隣接する安定化要素と結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの結合要素がハウジング蓋の1つの側壁の領域に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの結合要素が少なくとも1つの延長方向でその材料および/またはその形状によってばね弾性に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9または10記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの結合要素が少なくとも1つの安定化要素と一体に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 前記結合要素が前記安定化要素よりもかなり小さな寸法を有することを特徴とする、請求項9〜12のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- ハウジング蓋が少なくとも1つの側壁の領域に少なくとも1つの補強リブを有し、少なくとも1つの第1受容部が前記少なくとも1つの補強リブの領域に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- ハウジング蓋の少なくとも1つの側壁が、管底に向き合う壁基部等の縁領域に、M>4mmの厚さMを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- ハウジング蓋の少なくとも1つの側壁の壁基部がL>4mmの高さLを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
