Description
Claims (30)
- 穿刺装置に装着して使用するランセットであって、
穿刺要素を有するランセット本体と、上記ランセット本体を内部に保持するための貫通空間を有する収容部と、を備え、
上記収容部は、特定方向に所定以上の外力が作用したときに断面形状が変化するように構成されており、上記特定方向に所定以上の外力が作用していないときには、上記空間に保持した上記ランセット本体を固定し、上記特定方向に所定以上の外力が作用して断面形状が変化したときには、上記空間に保持した上記ランセット本体を上記収容部に対して相対動可能とする、ランセット。 - 上記特定方向は、上記空間が貫通する方向に交差する方向である、請求項1に記載のランセット。
- 上記収容部は、この収容部に対して上記特定方向に所定以上の外力が作用していないときに、上記ランセット本体に接触する接触部を有しており、
上記収容部の断面形状が変化したときに、上記接触部と上記ランセット本体との間に隙間が形成されるように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載のランセット。 - 上記接触部は、凸部として形成されている、請求項3に記載のランセット。
- 上記接触部は、凹部であり、
上記ランセット本体には、上記凹部に係合させるための凸部が設けられている、請求項3に記載のランセット。 - 上記収容部は、上記接触部が形成された部分の外径寸法に比べて、上記接触部が形成されていない部分の外径寸法のほうが大きく形成されている、請求項3に記載のランセット。
- 上記収容部の外面には、このランセットが穿刺装置に装着されたときに上記収容部に対して上記特定方向に外力を積極的に作用させるための凸部が設けられている、請求項1に記載のランセット。
- 上記収容部には、上記特定方向に外力が作用したときに、上記収容部の断面形状の変化を許容するための孔部が設けられている、請求項1に記載のランセット。
- 上記孔部は、切欠またはスリットである、請求項8に記載のランセット。
- 上記収容部は、この収容部の断面形状が変化させられた後において、上記収容部に対して上記特定方向の外力が作用しなくなったときに、断面形状が元の形状に復帰するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のランセット。
- 上記収容部の上記貫通空間は上部開口から下部開口まで上下方向に延びており、上記上部開口を開放した状態と、上記上部開口を閉じた状態とを選択可能とする蓋をさらに有している、請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載のランセット。
- 上記蓋は、上記収容部に連結されている、請求項11に記載のランセット。
- 上記収容部は、上記蓋によって上記上部開口を閉じたときに上記特定方向に所定以上の外力が作用して上記収容部の断面形状が変化するように構成されており、
上記収容部の断面形状が変化したときに、上記ランセット本体が上記収容部に対して相対動可能な状態となるように構成されている、請求項11に記載のランセット。 - 上記収容部は、上記特定方向に外力が作用したときに、上記収容部の断面形状の変化を許容するための孔部を有しており、
上記蓋は、上記上部開口を閉塞したときに、上記孔部に係合して上記収容部に対して上記特定方向に外力を作用させるための作用部を有している、請求項13に記載のランセット。 - 上記収容部は、上記ランセット本体が上記収容部に対して相対動可能な状態となっているときに、上記収容部の上記下部開口を介して上記ランセット本体が離脱するのを抑制するためのストッパ部を有している、請求項11に記載のランセット。
- 上記蓋によって上記上部開口を閉じたときに、上記収容部に対して上記蓋を固定するための固定手段をさらに備えている、請求項11に記載のランセット。
- 上記固定手段は、上記蓋および上記収容部のうちの一方に設けられた凸部と、それらのうちの他方に設けられ、かつ上記凸部に係合させるためのフックと、を有している、請求項16に記載のランセット。
- 上記収容部には、穿刺対象部位から採取した体液に含まれる特定成分を分析するために利用される分析用具が保持されている、請求項1に記載のランセット。
- 上記分析用具は、毛細管力により血液を移動させるためのキャピラリと、上記穿刺要素の移動を許容するための貫通部と、上記貫通部において開放し、かつ上記キャピラリに血液を導入するための導入口と、を有している、請求項18に記載のランセット。
- 上記蓋には、穿刺対象部位から採取した体液に含まれる特定成分を分析するために利用される分析用具が保持されている、請求項11に記載のランセット。
- 上記分析用具は、毛細管力により血液を移動させるためのキャピラリと、上記穿刺要素の移動を許容するための貫通部と、上記貫通部において開放し、かつ上記キャピラリに血液を導入するための導入口と、を有している、請求項20に記載のランセット。
- 請求項1に記載のランセットを装着して使用する穿刺装置であって、
上記ランセットを装着したときに、上記収容部に対して外力を作用させ、上記収容部に対して上記ランセット本体を相対動可能な状態とするように構成されている、穿刺装置。 - 上記収容部に干渉することにより、上記収容部に対して外力を作用させるための作用部を有している、請求項22に記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記ランセットの上記収容部には、上記収容部に対して上記特定方向に外力を積極的に作用させるための凸部が設けられており、
上記作用部は、上記ランセットが装着されたときに上記凸部に干渉し、上記収容部に対して外力を作用させるように構成されている、請求項23に記載の穿刺装置。 - 上記ランセットの上記収容部には、上記特定方向に外力が作用したときに、上記収容部の断面形状の変化を許容するための孔部が設けられており、
上記作用部は、上記ランセットが装着されたときに上記孔部に係合し、上記収容部の断面形状を変化させるように構成されている、請求項23に記載の穿刺装置。 - 請求項13に記載のランセットを装着して使用する穿刺装置であって、
上記ランセットの装着した状態において、上記蓋によって上記上部開口を閉じるために上記蓋に外力を作用させるための外力付与手段をさらに備えている、穿刺装置。 - 上記ランセットが収容される収容空間を備えており、
上記外力付与手段は、上記収容空間に上記ランセットを収容した状態において、上記空間が貫通する方向と交差する交差方向に往復移動可能なスライダを含んでおり、
上記スライダは、上記蓋に干渉させるための干渉部を有している、請求項26に記載の穿刺装置。 - 上記干渉部は、上記収容空間の直上位置である第1位置と、上記収容空間の直上位置を避けた位置である第2位置と、の間を往復移動可能であり、かつ上記第2位置から上記第1位置に移動するときに上記蓋と干渉して上記蓋に外力を作用させて、上記蓋によって上記収容部の上部開口を閉じるように構成されている、請求項27に記載の穿刺装置。
- 請求項15に記載のランセットを装着して使用する穿刺装置であって、
上記ランセット本体を保持するためのランセットホルダとをさらに備えており、
上記ランセットホルダは、上記ランセットを装着した状態において、上記ストッパ部に干渉することなく移動可能に構成されている、穿刺装置。 - 上記ランセットホルダには、上記ストッパ部との干渉を避けるための凹部が設けられている、請求項29に記載の穿刺装置。
