【0001】
3%≦(a/b)×100≦15% ・・・(2)

<評価>
【0033】
<結果>

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pants-type disposable diaper that can be changed hygienically after stool, is easy to wear, has a good wearing feeling, is excellent in absorption performance and leakage prevention performance, and has a good appearance.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
Pants-type disposable diapers are widely used by older children and adult incontinent persons. Such a pants-type disposable diaper can be removed in the same way as normal underwear, but when handling stool, the wearer should lie down and tear the side joints so that the stool is held in the diaper. Has been made. When handling stool in this way, the butt is often wiped with the diaper unfolded under the butt, but this is often not particularly true for older children. The diaper may be tilted unexpectedly and the excrement may go out of the diaper. In addition, if the time for wiping the hips is prolonged, in the case of loose stool, the loose stool moves to the infant's back side and soils the wearer's back side, or in the case of solid stool, rolls off the diaper from the back side. There was a risk of falling.
[0003]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a pants-type disposable diaper that can be changed hygienically after stool, is easy to wear, has a good feeling of wear, has excellent absorption performance and leak-proof performance, and has a good appearance. There is.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and a liquid-holding absorber, and a pair of both side edges on the ventral side and both side edges on the back side are joined together. The pants have a waist elastic region and a leg elastic region formed along the periphery of the waist opening and the pair of leg openings. In the disposable diaper of the mold, the absorbent body is disposed at the crotch portion in a state where the pair of joining regions are torn and deployed, and the surface sheet side is faced upward and left on a flat horizontal surface in a natural state. A raised portion is formed in which a part of the raised portion is raised upward, and the height (H) of the highest portion in the central portion of the raised portion in the diaper width direction and the linear length in the longitudinal direction of the diaper in this state (L) is 5 ≦ By providing a pants-type disposable diaper, characterized in that in the (H / L) × 100 ≦ 14% of the relationship is obtained by achieving the above object.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on preferred embodiments thereof.
A pants-type disposable diaper 1 as an embodiment of the present invention includes a liquid-permeable top sheet 2, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 3, and a liquid-retaining absorbent 4 interposed between the two sheets. Both side edges of the ventral side A and both side edges of the back side B are joined together to form a pair of joint areas S, S, a waist opening D, and a pair of leg openings E, E. .
[0006]
In the disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the absorbent body 4 has an hourglass shape with a central portion, and the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 have substantially the same shape according to the outer shape of the absorbent body 4. Further, the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 are joined to each other outside the both side edges in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 4, and joined to each other at a portion extending from the longitudinal edge of the absorbent body 4.
[0007]
Two outer layer nonwoven fabrics 51 and 52 are disposed on the outer side (the outer surface side of the diaper) of the back sheet 3, and the outer layer nonwoven fabrics are disposed in the disposable diaper rather than the both end edges and both side edges in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 4. A peripheral edge of the waist opening D and a peripheral edge of the leg openings E, E are formed by the outer layer nonwoven fabric extending outward. A waist elastic member 6, leg elastic members 71 and 72, and a waist elastic member 9 are arranged between the two outer layer nonwoven fabrics 51 and 52 at a predetermined site, and a waist elastic region (waist gather) 60 and an annular leg elasticity. A region (leg gather) 70 and a waistline elastic region (waistline gather) 90 are formed. The top sheet 2, the back sheet 3 and the absorbent body 4 are integrated to form an absorbent main body 10, and the absorbent main body 10 is bonded to the outer layer body 5 composed of two outer layer nonwoven fabrics 51 and 52. It is fixed. A solid gather 8 is formed along both side edges of the absorber 4.
[0008]
Thus, the pants-type disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment tears and unfolds the pair of joining regions S, S, and is in a natural state with its topsheet 2 side facing upward as shown in FIGS. In the state of standing on a flat horizontal surface (stationary state), the crotch part C is formed with a raised portion R in which a part of the portion where the absorber 4 is arranged is raised upward, and the raised portion The height (H) of the highest part T in the central part of the diaper width direction of R and the linear length (L) in the longitudinal direction of the diaper in the state (stationary state) are expressed by the following relational expression (1). Satisfies.
5% ≦ (H / L) × 100 ≦ 14% (1)
[0009]
Formula (1) will be described in detail. Usually, a pants-type disposable diaper has a pants-type configuration in which the crotch center part (near the center line that bisects the longitudinal direction) is folded back and the side edges existing between the leg opening and the waist opening are joined. Form. For this reason, a folded portion (a portion with folded folds in the diaper unfolded state) 11 is formed in the crotch central portion. Therefore, when the diaper is unfolded and placed on a plane, the folded portion 11 is As a boundary, the absorbent body bulges upward in either the longitudinal direction of the diaper, thereby forming a raised portion R in which a part of the portion where the absorbent body 4 is disposed is raised upward in the crotch part C of the diaper. The
When changing diapers, the butt of the wearer is lifted up and wiped, so the load is applied to the rear half of the unfolded diaper (the part near the edge of the waist opening). . Therefore, when the raised portion is present on the back side of the diaper in a natural state (that is, in an unloaded state), when the wearer steps on the diaper, the belly side of the diaper is moved by the reaction to the wearer. It is attracted to the side and disturbs changing diapers. In such a case, since the inclination is directed toward the wearer, the loose stool may move toward the wearer when the stool is soft. On the other hand, when the raised portion is present on the ventral side of the diaper in a natural state, the butt is difficult to wipe, although there is no problem as described above.
[0010]
The present inventors have found that the main cause of such a problem lies in the raised portion, and as a result of further intensive studies, the conditions under which such a problem can be solved without impairing other advantages of the pants-type disposable diaper. As a result, the relational expression (1) was found.
When the ratio (H / L × 100) is more than 14%, the height of the raised portion is too high with respect to the size of the wearer, particularly the overall length of the diaper, and the raised portion is around the crotch center of the diaper. In any case, it is difficult to wipe the buttocks, especially when it is behind, it tends to be unsanitary. On the other hand, when the ratio (H / L × 100) is less than 5%, the pocket P for damming the stool is not sufficiently formed on the inner surface side of the diaper of the folded portion 11, so that soft stools and solid stools with high viscosity are The wearer's skin is unnecessarily soiled and unsanitary. From such a viewpoint, a preferable range of the ratio (H / L × 100) is 5% to 12%, particularly 5% to 9%. In addition, the height (H) is preferably 20 to 45 mm, particularly 20 to 35 mm in the case of a diaper for children.
[0011]
The raised portion R has a leg elastic region 70 and an elastic member of the three-dimensional gather 8 provided as required, and the rigidity of the absorber, with the folded portion 11 formed in the crotch center when forming the pants-type disposable diaper. It is formed by the absorber 4 being bent by a plurality of factors such as. However, if the raised portion R is configured to protrude greatly in the longitudinal direction, the raised portion becomes an obstacle when the wearer's buttocks is lifted upward, so that the back must be kept quite floating. Therefore, it is painful for both the wearer and those who change diapers.
From the viewpoint of preventing such inconvenience and allowing the diaper to be changed smoothly, as shown in FIG. 5, in a state where the pants-type disposable diaper is unfolded and allowed to stand on a flat horizontal surface (static state), The linear distance (a) from the folded portion 11 formed due to the two-fold when formed into a pants shape to the longitudinal most distal portion 12 of the raised portion R, and the waist opening on the back side B side It is preferable that the linear distance (b) from the edge 13 to the turned-up portion 11 satisfies the following relational expression (2).
3% ≦ (a / b) × 100 ≦ 15% (2)
Especially when 3% ≤ (a / b) x 100 ≤ 12%, and further 3% ≤ (a / b) x 100 ≤ 10%, it is enough to have a light leg when lifting the buttocks, diapers It is preferable because the burden on the person who performs the replacement is further reduced.
[0012]
Further, the present inventors have found that the height of the raised portion R is affected by the rigidity of the absorber 4, the manner in which the leg elastic members 71 and 72 are arranged, or the stretching stress.
The disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment has a Taber stiffness of the absorbent body 4 of 1 to 5 cN · cm, and the leg elastic region 70 includes a first elastic member 71 arranged from the ventral side A to the crotch C, And a second elastic member 72 disposed from the back side B to the crotch C, and the first and second elastic members 71 and 72 are annular leg elastic regions in the crotch C. 70 has an extending portion F extending from the portion disposed in the direction toward the center of the diaper width direction, and the first and second elastic members 71 and 72 in the extending portion F are formed of the first elastic member. The arrangement portion R1 and the arrangement region R2 of the second elastic member are arranged so as to overlap with each other, and the end 73 is located at a position that does not reach the center of the diaper width direction (a center line that bisects the diaper in the width direction). Have.
[0013]
In the present embodiment, the hardness of the absorbent body 4 is relatively soft as an absorbent body of 1 to 5 cN · cm in Taber stiffness, so that it can be made gentle to the touch when worn, Even when a large load is applied to a part of the absorbent body 4 at the time of changing diapers, the absorbent body 4 moves toward the wearer's ventral side with the bent portion (boundary) 11 existing at the center of the crotch as a base point. Returning can be prevented. The reason why the Taber stiffness value is 1 cN · cm or more is that if the absorber is too soft, the bulging portion may be bent and the bulging portion may fall downward to form an effective pocket structure.
[0014]
Taber stiffness is measured according to the method described in the stiffness test method (JIS P 8125) using a paperboard Taber stiffness tester. Specifically, the absorbent body 4 taken out from the diaper is cut into a size of 3.8 × 7.0 cm, and the Taber stiffness of the test piece is measured.
[0015]
In addition, as seen in many conventional disposable diapers, when a leg elastic member is disposed in the crotch part C, if the elastic member is disposed across the absorbent body in the width direction, a stable raised structure can be obtained. It becomes easy to form, and in particular, a tall bulge is formed at the center in the width direction of the crotch. Therefore, in the crotch part, it can be considered that the elastic member is divided into left and right so that the elastic member does not cross the absorbent body in the width direction. If only the elastic region is formed, an excessive force is applied to the peripheral edge of the leg opening when worn, and the elastic member may come off.
[0016]
In the present embodiment, the crotch portion C is provided with an extending portion F in which the first and second elastic members 71 and 72 extend from the portion disposed in the annular leg elastic region 70 toward the center in the diaper width direction. Therefore, the elastic member as described above can be prevented from coming off. Thereby, a leg elastic area | region (leg opening part gather) can be made to act stably at the time of wear.
Further, since the end portions 73 of the first and second elastic members 71 and 72 do not reach the center in the width direction of the diaper, the width direction center portion of the crotch portion C is not elastically contractible, and the crotch portion Since C can be prevented from being greatly contracted in the width direction, the crotch region can be used widely, and there is no fear that the stool protrudes from the side when changing diapers.
From such a viewpoint, the length of the extending portion F existing on the absorber 4 (the total length of the left and right extending portions, L1 + L1 in FIG. 3) is the absorber width W in the crotch C (see FIG. 3). 5 to 70%, particularly 5 to 60%. Note that L1 and W are measured in a state where the diaper is expanded and extended as shown in FIG. Moreover, since the excessive shrinkage | contraction of the width direction of the crotch part C is suppressed, the appearance of a diaper is also good.
[0017]
Further, by arranging the first and second elastic members 71 and 72 so that the region R1 where the first elastic member 71 is arranged and the region R2 where the second elastic member is arranged overlap, (1) By narrowing the width of the extending part F in the crotch part C (the width in which the elastic member is dispersed in the longitudinal direction of the diaper), it is possible to suppress the formation of a high raised part, and (2) A feeling of fit can be improved by pushing up the side part to the wearer side.
From the viewpoint of further improving one or both of such effects, the width of the extending portion F (the width of the region R1 + the width of the region R2−the width of the overlapping portion of both regions, see FIGS. 3 and 6) W2 is 5 to 5. 30 mm, particularly 7 to 20 mm is preferable. Note that W2 is measured in a state where the diaper is unfolded and extended as shown in FIG.
[0018]
The disposable diaper 1 of this embodiment is further explained in full detail.
As shown in FIG. 3, at least a part of each of the first and second elastic members 71 and 72 in the extending portion F overlaps the absorber 4. Therefore, the effects (1) and (2) are more reliably achieved.
[0019]
Further, a plurality (three in the illustrated example) of the first and second elastic members 71 and 72 are arranged. Further, the first elastic members 71 and the second elastic members 72 are arranged so as not to overlap each other.
More specifically, the first and second elastic members 71 and 72 each have a belt shape, and the crotch part C has the most leg opening portion among the three first elastic members as shown in FIG. The outermost elastic material 72a of the second elastic member and the middle elastic material 72b intersect the elastic material 71a existing on the outer side (periphery end side), and the outermost elastic material 72a of the second elastic member. Are the innermost elastic material 71c of the first elastic member and the middle elastic material 72b of the second elastic member merge with the middle elastic material 71b of the first elastic member to form an extension F. . On the other hand, the innermost elastic material 72c of the second elastic member joins and overlaps with the outermost elastic material 71a of the first elastic member to form the extending portion F. By arranging a plurality of first and second elastic members in this manner, the first and second elastic members are more difficult to come off.
[0020]
As described above, the first and second elastic members 71 and 72 in the extending portion 8 each have the end portion 73 at a position that does not reach the center of the diaper width direction. In the present embodiment, both elastic members 71 and 72 overlap the absorber 4 only at the side of the absorber 4.
By setting it as such a structure, it can prevent that the disposable diaper of the expand | deployed state, especially the absorber is bent greatly in a longitudinal direction triggered by this elastic member by the rigidity of an elastic member.
Particularly in the diaper of the present invention, the region R1 in which a plurality of first elastic members are disposed and the region R2 in which a plurality of second elastic members are disposed overlap in the extending portion F. Therefore, the rigidity of the overlapping portion of the regions is further increased. Therefore, when such an extending portion F is continuously present across the crotch portion C, the diaper, in particular, the absorbent body is easily broken, and a high raised shape is easily created. As described above, if the first and second elastic members 71 and 72 are configured not to extend to the center of the diaper width direction, this can be prevented.
[0021]
In the present embodiment, the first and second elastic members 71 and 72 in the extending portion F are configured not to exhibit elastic stretchability on the absorber 4. Thereby, it can be prevented that the absorbent body contracts in the width direction and the absorption efficiency is lowered although the first and second elastic members are overlapped at the side of the absorbent body.
Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, since the extending portion overlaps with the side portion of the absorber, the region R1 and the region R2 are prevented from contracting in the width direction of the absorber 4, and Because of the high rigidity due to the overlapping and the effect that the leg opening elastic body is pulled to the abdomen and back when worn, both sides of the absorber are pulled upward from the crotch of the wearer to form a pocket There is an effect that the leakage prevention effect becomes higher.
Furthermore, when the diaper is changed during defecation, this configuration is less likely to leak stool in the width direction because the defecation points are wide and have a pocket shape when the side edge joint is peeled off and removed. There are benefits.
[0022]
Further, in the disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the elastic member that has been arranged by traversing the crotch part once is cut at the crotch central part to form an extended part. In the region N from which the elastic material is removed, the traces of the elastic materials remain in a linear shape.
For this reason, when worn, a weak broken line is formed in the crotch C together with the extending portion F, but the region R1 in which the plurality of first elastic members are disposed and the plurality of second elastic members are Since the disposed region R2 overlaps with the extended portion, the base portion area (width × length of the broken line) can be minimized, so that the height (H) of the raised portion and the protruding portion of the raised portion are increased. It becomes easy to control the length (a) within the above range.
[0023]
In the present embodiment, the extending portion is abdominal than the center of the diaper in the longitudinal direction (center line that bisects the longitudinal direction, line GG in FIG. 2) in a state where the disposable diaper is expanded and stretched. Located on side A side. This makes it easy to form a raised portion that protrudes from the defecation portion. The degree of bias toward the ventral side A is the distance D1 between the edge of the elastic member present on the most ventral side and the center in the longitudinal direction when the diaper is deployed and extended (see FIG. 2). However, it is preferable that it is 15% or less with respect to the full length L2 of a diaper longitudinal direction, especially 10% or less.
In addition, in the extended part F, when the arrangement | positioning area | region R1 of 1st elastic member and the arrangement | positioning area | region R2 of 2nd elastic member are spaced apart, it is disadvantageous for absorption performance by the space | interval, Since it has an elastic body crossing region widely in the longitudinal direction, one elastic member is unnecessarily disposed on the abdominal side or on the crotch center, so that the feeling of wearing is impaired.
[0024]
Moreover, the 1st and 2nd elastic members 71 and 72 in the disposable diaper 1 of this embodiment are the outer-layer nonwoven fabric (sheet material) which adjoins by the 1st fixing means (adhesive) in the leg elastic area | region 70 (refer FIG. 2). In the vicinity of the boundary M between the leg elastic region and the extending portion (see FIG. 3), the second fixing means (adhesive) applied in a narrower range than the first fixing means, or The first fixing means and the second fixing means provided in a narrower range than the first fixing means are fixed to the outer nonwoven fabric (sheet material) adjacent in the thickness direction.
[0025]
When the first fixing means is applied over the entire area of the sheet material adjacent to the elastic member, and the elastic member is thus completely fixed to the sheet material, the elastic member once disposed across the crotch Even if it is cut and divided into left and right, the elastic member remains in the crotch center part in a state expressing the elastic stretchability, and there is a possibility that the effect of the present invention is not achieved. On the other hand, it may be possible to apply an adhesive only to the leg elastic region, but the leg opening may be pulled hard in conjunction with the movement of the wearer, so depending on the active activity of the wearer, There is a possibility that the release of the stretched state of the elastic member cut at the central portion may cause rubber removal extending to the portion arranged along the edge of the leg opening.
If the first and second elastic members are fixed as in the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the rubber from coming out while preventing the elastic stretchability of the crotch center part from being exhibited.
Furthermore, by applying the second fixing means in a narrower range than the first fixing means, it is possible to prevent the hardness and the stiff feeling caused by the extra adhesive in other regions, and the texture of the diaper is not impaired. There are also benefits.
[0026]
In the region M where the second fixing means (adhesive) is applied, the stretched state of the cut elastic member is released at least in the vicinity of the cut end produced by the cut, while the release is along the edge of the leg opening. Any part can be used as long as it can prevent reaching the part. As a combination of the first fixing means and the second fixing means, the first fixing means is an adhesive and the second fixing means is the same or different kind of adhesive, and the first fixing means is an adhesive and the second fixing means. The combination etc. which a fixing means is a heat seal can be mentioned.
[0027]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and can be variously modified. For example, the arrangement form of the first and second elastic members in the crotch part may be as shown in FIG. As a forming material of each member in the disposable diaper of the present invention, various known materials used in conventional disposable diapers can be used.
[0028]
【Example】
[Example 1]
The underpants type disposable diaper of the form shown in FIGS. 1-3 was manufactured. The absorber used was a Taber stiffness (Gurley stiffness, hereinafter referred to as “rigidity”) 2 cN · cm. The crotch position of the leg elastic body is the most abdomen, 35 mm from the crotch bent part (longitudinal direction center), and the width of the leg elastic body (width W of the extension part, see FIGS. 3 and 6) is 15 mm. .
In a state in which this pants-type disposable diaper is unused and folded in two (a state in which the inner surfaces of the abdomen and the back side, which are divided into two in the longitudinal direction, are in close contact with each other), the back side is placed on the horizontal surface Then, a load of 1.5 kg was applied from the ventral side for 5 minutes by a flat plate covering the entire surface of the diaper.
Then, after removing the load, the side joints are peeled off and deployed, and as shown in FIG. 5, the back sheet side (non-skin contact surface side) is in contact with the horizontal plane so as to be static on the horizontal plane. Further, a flat plate was placed on the latter half of the back side (the part on which the wearer's body rests when changing diapers, see FIG. 5), and a load of 1.5 kg was applied.
In that state, the maximum height H in the widthwise central portion of the raised portion R generated in the crotch portion C, the overall length L in the diaper longitudinal direction, from the edge 13 of the back waist opening measured from the top sheet side to the bent portion 11 The straight line length b and the straight line distance a from the bent portion 11 to the ridge portion longitudinal tip 12 were measured. The results are shown in Table 1.
[0029]
[Examples 2 and 3]
The crotch position of the leg elastic body is slightly shifted from the back side to Example 1, and the distance from the crotch bent portion (center in the longitudinal direction) of the most abdomen is 30 mm (Example 2) and 27 mm (Example 3). Except for the above, a pants-type disposable diaper was produced in the same manner as in Example 1. And about each, the value of each part was measured like Example 1, and the result was shown in Table 1.
[0030]
[Comparative Examples 1-4]
The following commercially available pants-type disposable diapers were prepared.
Comparative example 1: There is no elastic member crossing the crotch part, and the leg elastic member is disposed along the leg opening.
Comparative Example 2: The leg elastic member crosses the crotch part, and the arrangement position of the most abdomen elastic member is 50 mm from the bent part (center in the longitudinal direction).
Comparative Example 3: There is no elastic member crossing the crotch, and the leg elastic member is disposed along the leg opening. Absorber stiffness 6N.
Comparative Example 4: The leg elastic member crosses the crotch part, the disposition position of the most abdomen elastic member is 45 mm from the bent part (longitudinal direction center), and the rigidity of the absorber is 3N.
About these, the value of each part was measured like Example 1, and the result was shown in Table 1.

[0032]
<Evaluation>
About each disposable diaper of an Example and a comparative example, the ease of wiping of the buttocks, the transition prevention effect of a loose stool, etc. were evaluated as follows.
Each diaper is worn by an infant about 1 to 2 years old, then the diaper is unfolded with the infant lying on its back, and the baby's buttocks or back is located on the back side of the diaper. The butt was wiped, and the ease of wiping the butt at that time was evaluated.
Also, with the infant's foot slightly lifted and the back left on the back side of the diaper, place a soft stool with low viscosity on the back side of the crotch (defecation part) and then remove the infant from the diaper. After squeezing, the presence and extent of loose stool migration to the ventral side were observed.
[0033]
<Result>
All of the diapers of the examples were easy to wipe ass. In particular, in Examples 1 and 3, since the protrusion of the raised portion in the back side direction is suppressed, it is possible to wipe the hips just by grabbing the infant's leg and lifting it lightly. I was able to change diapers easily without harassing or rampaging.
Moreover, the soft stool was held in the pocket without moving to the ventral side, and was excellent in the soft stool transfer prevention effect.
In contrast, in the diaper of the comparative example, the bending position of the absorber is determined only by the rigidity of the absorber and the stress of the elastic body, and the maximum height of the bulge is high, or the bulge of the bulge is large. Because it is located in the direction, it was difficult to wipe the hips, and in order to wipe the hips, it was necessary to devise such as forcibly lifting the buttocks of the infant.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
The pants-type disposable diaper of the present invention can hygienically change diapers after stool, is easy to wear, has a good wearing feeling, is excellent in absorption performance and leakage prevention performance, and has a good appearance.
In the conventional pants-type disposable diaper, since it is in a pants-type form, there is little discussion about the problem of its unfolded state, and diaper change during stool has not been discussed in the past. For this reason, the problem of sanitary diaper change at the time of stool has not been recognized per se, but the present inventors have found such a problem itself and intensively studied to solve such a problem. It has come to be completed.
