Claims (2)
- 流管の流路に設けられて被測定流体を通過させる測定管と、前記被測定流体の流れに対向するように前記測定管に設けられる渦発生体と、該渦発生体により生じるカルマン渦に基づく変化を検出する渦検出器とを有する渦式検出手段を備えるとともに、前記流路に突出する感温センサ及び加熱感温センサを有する熱式検出手段を備えるマルチ渦流量計において、
前記感温センサ及び前記加熱感温センサの各金属管体を前記渦検出器の金属容器に対し挿通状態で液密に溶接固定し、この溶接固定した前記感温センサ及び前記加熱感温センサの各リード線と前記渦検出器のセンサのリード線とを前記金属容器の内部で纏め、さらに、この纏めたリード線群を前記金属容器に取り付けた金属パイプを介して流量変換器側へ引き出す
ことを特徴とする防爆高温対応形マルチ渦流量計。 - 請求項1に記載の防爆高温対応形マルチ渦流量計において、
前記渦発生体に鍔部を設け、前記感温センサ及び前記加熱感温センサの前記各金属管体の端部を前記鍔部にて支持する
ことを特徴とする防爆高温対応形マルチ渦流量計。
