Description
又、同様にオブザーバによって推定外乱トルクを所定周期毎サンプリングしてその平均値が許容値を越えると異常負荷として検出する方法(特許文献2参照)、金型からノックピンを突き出して成形品を取り出す成形品突き出し工程において、ノックピンを駆動するモータの駆動電流を検出し、この駆動電流のパターンが基準パターンの許容範囲から外れたとき異常発生と判断するようにしたものも公知である(特許文献3参照)。
しかしながら、電動射出成形機の運転を続けると、時間と共にモータ温度が上昇する。モータ温度が変化すると、該モータにかかる負荷が一定でも、駆動電流は異なり、また、オブザーバで検出する推定トルクも変わることになる。
そこで、本発明の目的は、電動射出成形機においても負荷を検出するセンサ等の特別なハードウェアを設けずに、モータ温度の影響を排除して、モータの駆動状態より負荷を検出する負荷検出装置を提供することにある。

Claims (5)
- サーボモータにより可動部を駆動して移動させる電動射出成形機において、前記サーボモータの制御系に組み込まれた外乱負荷オブザーバで前記可動部にかかる負荷を検出する負荷検出装置であって、連続成形開始時の成形サイクルにおいて負荷変動のないとみなされる点における前記外乱負荷オブザーバで検出された負荷を基準負荷として記憶する手段と、毎成形サイクル毎、前記外乱負荷オブザーバで検出される前記負荷変動のないとみなされる点における負荷を求める手段とを備え、該負荷で前記基準負荷を除した値を前記外乱負荷オブザーバ又は電流で検出される負荷に掛けることによって該検出負荷を補正することを特徴とする負荷検出装置。
- 前記外乱負荷オブザーバの代わりに前記サーボモータの駆動電流若しくは電流指令に基づいて前記可動部にかかる負荷を検出する請求項1に記載の負荷検出装置。
- 負荷変動のないとみなされる点は、負荷変動のないとみなされる可動部の移動区間における最大負荷検出点とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の負荷検出装置。
- 負荷変動のないとみなされる点は、負荷変動のないとみなされる可動部の移動区間における所定位置若しくは該移動区間の移動開始所定時間後の点である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の負荷検出装置。
- 前記可動部はエジェクタである請求項1乃至4の内いずれか1項に記載の負荷検出装置。
