Description

【0001】
本発明は、特に無線通信ID(Radio Frequency Identifiction;以下、RFIDと称する)を有する非接触IC伝票に関する。
【0002】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a contactless IC slip having a radio communication ID (Radio Frequency Identification; hereinafter referred to as RFID).
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, delivery slips used for courier services include multiple slips including a delivery slip that fills in the requester and delivery address, a receipt slip, a receipt slip received by the recipient, and a receipt slip that the courier takes home And is configured to be simultaneously copied on each slip sheet. In addition, a bar code indicating a management number is printed on each slip sheet, whereby entry / exit management and package sorting work are performed.
However, such a delivery slip is very expensive because it requires a plurality of slip sheets. In addition, the surface of the bar code printed on each slip sheet becomes dirty during sorting and delivery processes, and there are not a few cases in which reading errors occur when the bar code is read by the scanner. Therefore, a non-contact IC slip equipped with an RFID main body containing an IC chip to which an antenna is connected has been proposed, and the one in which the management number and the like can be obtained from the RFID main body is known (for example, JP-A-2000-2000). 112354).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The RFID main body can write and store a larger amount of information than the barcode, and even if the barcode on the surface of the slip covering the RFID main body is dirty, the information can be obtained from the RFID main body and stored by the RFID reader / writer. While it has the advantage of being able to erase information, the RFID main body is expensive, and if it is disposable, the cost increases. Therefore, the RFID slip is collected, the RFID main body is taken out, the stored information is erased, recycled, and used as a new RFID slip It is hoped that will be done.
However, in the conventional RFID slip, the RFID main body is sandwiched between two slip sheets so that the RFID main body does not fall off the slip paper, and the four sides of the slip paper are bonded, so that it is difficult to take out the RFID main body during recycling. It was very troublesome.
Further, when the slip is taken out and the RFID main body is taken out, pressure is also applied to the RFID main body, which may damage the antenna or the IC chip.
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and prevents the RFID main body from dropping from the slip, reduces the work of taking out the RFID main body at the time of recycling, and facilitates the recycling use of the RFID main body. Provide slips.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The non-contact IC slip according to the invention of claim 1 is a separation slip that can be used to express arbitrary information and can be separated, a slip slip that is provided at both ends of the separation slip and a slip sheet, and the delivery slip, It has the adhesive provided in the lower layer of the adhesive piece, and the non-contact IC main body pseudo-adhered to the said separation | slipping slip, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[0005]
Further, a separation slip that can be separated, a slip sheet consisting of a delivery slip and an adhesive piece located at both ends of the separation slip, an adhesive provided on a lower layer of the delivery slip and the adhesive strip, and an entire lower layer of the separation slip or It has a re-adhesive paste provided in a part and a non-contact IC main body bonded with the re-adhesive paste .
[0006]
Further, the disconnect vote, detachable so provided from the delivery form and adhesive pieces respectively, via the perforations, characterized in that it is held onto the attached material upon sticking to the attached material.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an RFID slip according to the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the RFID slip 1 mainly includes a slip sheet 2 having a delivery slip 3, a receipt slip 4 and an adhesive piece 5, an RFID main body 6, and a mount 7.
The slip sheet 2 is divided into three, a delivery slip 3, a receipt slip 4, and an adhesive strip 5 by perforations 8 a and 8 b.
[0008]
The delivery slip 3 has an entry field 9 for printing a delivery address, name, client name, product name, and the like, and a thermal coloring layer (not shown) is formed in the entry field 9 to enable printing with a printer. Yes.
[0009]
The receipt slip 4 has an entry column 9 similar to that of the delivery slip 3, enables printing with a printer, and further includes a package receipt sign or a stamp column 10 for stamping,
The delivery slip 3 and the receipt slip 4 are separated by a perforation 8a.
[0010]
The adhesive strip 5 is separated from the receipt slip 6 by a perforation 8b, and plays a role of holding the receipt slip 6 when the RFID slip 1 is attached to a delivery item 15 to be described later.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 4, the RFID main body 6 includes an antenna 11 and an IC chip 12, receives power from an RFID reader / writer (not shown) via the antenna 11, and writes and erases arbitrary information on the IC chip 12. And reading information.
[0012]
The mount 7 has a surface coated with a release coating such as silicon, and the RFID slip 1 can be temporarily attached with an adhesive 13.
[0013]
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II of the RFID slip 1 in FIG. 1, and the laminated structure of the RFID slip 1 will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in the figure, a slip sheet 2 comprising a delivery slip 3, a receipt slip 4 and an adhesive strip 5 is located in the uppermost layer, and has an adhesive 13 below the delivery slip 3 and the adhesive strip 5, and this adhesive Temporarily attached to the mount 7 via the agent 13, the RFID main body 6 is bonded to the lower layer of the receipt slip 4 via the pseudo-adhesive 14, and the mount 7 is located under the lower layer. Since the adhesive 13 is not applied between the RFID body 6 and the mount 7, the receipt 4, that is, the receipt 4 formed from the upper layer between the perforations 8 a and 8 b, the pseudo adhesive 14, and the RFID body 6 are mounted on the mount 7 is in a non-adhesive state. The receipt slip 4 can be separated by the perforations 8a and 8b, and the pseudo adhesive 14 loses its adhesiveness once peeled off.
[0014]
An example of use of the RFID slip 1 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIG.
In the distribution center that manages the delivery 15, predetermined information such as a delivery address, name, requester, and product name is printed in the entry field 9 of the delivery slip 3 and the receipt slip 4 of the RFID slip 1 by a printer, and the RFID reader / writer ( The predetermined information such as the destination address, name, requester, and product name printed in the entry field 10 and the management number used for managing the delivery 15 are written in the RFID main body 6. The mount 7 of the RFID slip 1 is peeled off to expose the adhesive 13 located in the lower layers of the delivery slip 3 and the adhesive strip 5, and the adhesive 13 is attached to the delivery 15. At this time, the receipt slip 4 is pseudo-bonded to the back surface to prevent the RFID main body 6 from falling off, and does not have the adhesive 13 as a means for attaching to the delivery item. And the perforations 8a and 8b of the adhesive strip 5 are held on the delivery item 15.
[0015]
The delivery item 15 is conveyed by the conveyor, and the RFID reader attached to the conveyor reads information about the destination of the delivery item 15 stored in the RFID main body 6. Based on this, the delivery item 15 is read for each delivery area. Sorted. At this time, predetermined information including a management number stored in the RFID main body 6 is stored as customer management data in a host computer connected to the RFID reader.
[0016]
The delivery person loads the delivery item 15 onto the delivery truck, is delivered to each location according to the delivery route, and is handed to the recipient. At this time, the delivery person obtains a signature or seal from the recipient in the stamping column 10 of the receipt slip 4 and cuts the receipt slip 4 together with the RFID main body 6 from the perforations 8a and 8b as shown in FIG. At this time, the RFID 3 and the receipt 6 are bonded together by the pseudo-adhesive 9, so that they are cut together as they are bonded. Since the receipt slip 4 and the RFID main body 6 cut out as described above do not have the adhesive 13, a plurality of sheets can be stacked and bundled and put in a receipt slip storage bag or the like and taken back to the distribution center.
[0017]
The receipt slip 4 and the RFID main body 6 cut out from the RFID slip 1 are taken back to the distribution center by the delivery person and read out the management number stored in the IC chip 12 of the RFID main body 6 by the RFID reader connected to the host computer. Send data to the host computer. The customer management data in which information including the management number stored in the RFID main body 6 before delivery is stored in the host computer and the data read in the information stored in the RFID main body 6 brought back after delivery are compared and collated. The matched items are stored in the host computer as delivery completion, and customer management is performed.
[0018]
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4, the receipt slip 4 and the RFID main body 6 are separated, and predetermined information stored in the RFID main body 6 is erased by the RFID reader / writer. The erased RFID main body 6 is again written with new information by the RFID reader / writer, adhered to the back of the receipt slip as a new RFID slip by the pseudo adhesive 14 and recycled.
[0019]
Further, the separated receipt slip 4 is stored for a certain period of time as proof of receipt of the delivery. Since the back side of the receipt slip 4 is made of the pseudo adhesive 14 that loses its adhesiveness once peeled off, a plurality of collected receipt slips 4 can be stored in a stacked manner. Further, since the pseudo-adhesive 14 is used, the separation work of the receipt 4 and the RFID body 6 does not require much force, so that the pressure applied to the RFID body 6 is reduced, and the antenna 11 or the IC chip of the RFID body 6 is reduced. There is no fear of damaging 12. Further, since the pseudo adhesive 14 is attached to the receipt slip 4 side at the time of separation, the pseudo adhesive 14 does not remain on the surface of the RFID main body 6 after separation, and the product is immediately recycled as a clean product. It can be processed.
[0020]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the part same as 1st embodiment, and description is abbreviate | omitted. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the RFID slip 21 according to the second embodiment. As shown in FIG. 5, the slip sheet 2 including the delivery slip 3, the receipt slip 4 and the adhesive strip 5 is positioned in the uppermost layer. The lower layer of the delivery slip 3 and the adhesive piece 5 is temporarily attached to the mount 7 via the adhesive 13, the RFID main body 6 is bonded to the lower layer of the receipt slip 4 via the re-adhesive glue 22, and the mount 7 is attached to the lower layer. positioned. The re-adhesive paste 22 enables re-adhesion without losing the tackiness even if it is once peeled off.
[0021]
The method of using the RFID voucher 21 configured as described above is the same as the method of using the RFID voucher 1 described in the first embodiment, and is a re-adhesive glue having a configuration different from that of the first embodiment. Only the receipt slip 4 having 22 in the lower layer will be described.
The delivery item to which the RFID slip 21 is attached is delivered by a delivery member and handed to the recipient. At this time, the delivery person obtains a signature or seal from the recipient in the stamping column 10 of the receipt slip 4 and cuts the receipt slip 4 together with the RFID main body 6 from the perforations 8a and 8b. At this time, since the RFID main body 6 is bonded to the receipt slip 4 by the re-adhesive glue 22, the reception slip 4 and the RFID main body 6 are cut out as a single body while being bonded.
[0022]
The receipt slip 4 and the RFID body 6 cut out from the RFID slip 21 are taken back to the delivery center by the delivery person and read out the management number stored in the IC chip 12 of the RFID body 6 by the RFID reader / writer connected to the host computer. Send data to the host computer. Compare and collate the data that stores the management number stored in the RFID main unit 6 before delivery as data stored in the host computer as customer management data and the data that reads the information stored in the RFID main unit 6 brought back after delivery. The data matching is stored in the host computer as delivery completion, and customer management is performed.
[0023]
Thereafter, when the receipt slip 4 and the RFID main body 6 are separated, predetermined information stored in the RFID main body 6 is deleted from the RFID main body 6 by the RFID reader / writer. The erased RFID main body 6 is again written with information by the RFID reader / writer, and is adhered by the re-adhesive glue 22 on the back surface of the receipt slip 4 of the new RFID slip 21 and recycled. Further, the separated receipt slip 4 is stored for a certain period of time as proof of receipt of the delivery. Since the back side of the receipt slip 4 can be re-adhered without losing adhesiveness even if it is once peeled off, a plurality of collected receipt slips 4 can be stacked and pasted on a receipt slip sticking mount 23 described later. Further, the work for separating the receipt slip 4 and the RFID main body 6 does not require much force, so that no pressure is applied to the RFID main body 6 and the antenna 11 or the IC chip 12 of the RFID main body 6 is not damaged.
[0024]
In the second embodiment, the example in which the re-adhesive glue 22 is formed on the entire back surface of the receipt slip 4 as means for bonding the receipt slip 4 and the RFID main body 6 has been described. However, the second embodiment shown in FIG. The re-adhesive glue 22 may be partially formed as in a modification of the form. By forming the re-adhesive glue 22 on the back end portion of the receipt slip 4, the receipt slip 4 can be pasted and stored on the receipt slip sticking mount 23 as shown in FIG.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, since a disconnect form the non-contact IC body was pseudo contact wear and non-contact IC document, prevents detachment of the non-contact IC body at the time of delivery of the deliveries pasted contactless IC document, In addition, the non-contact IC can be easily separated from the slip when the non-contact IC main body is recycled. Further, by attaching the separation slip and the non-contact IC main body with the re-adhesive glue, a plurality of receipt slips can be pasted and pasted on the receipt slip sticking mount, and the slip paper can be easily managed. Further, since the non-contact IC main body is laminated on the back side of the receipt slip, the receipt slip and the non-contact IC main body can be collected simultaneously. Further, by attaching a document sheet to an adherend by the adhesive layer of the delivery form an adhesive strip located disconnecting vote across, is necessary to form an adhesive to the non-contact IC body rear surface adhered to the rear surface of the disconnecting votes Therefore, it is easy to peel off and can be used as a recycled product immediately as a clean non-contact IC body.
