Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention fills contents such as various liquids such as sports drinks and fruit juice drinks, seasonings such as alcoholic beverages, sauces and dressings, shampoos, lotions, liquid detergents and liquids having viscosity. It is related with the self-supporting container that is most suitable for.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, a self-supporting container called a standing pouch capable of self-supporting has been used by being filled with various liquids as a container for drinks such as sports drinks and fruit juice drinks, or a container for refilling liquid detergents.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 7, the container includes a container main body 40 made of a flexible sheet, and a take-out tool 41 for taking out the liquid filled in the container main body 40. It has a pair of side wall portions 43, 43 and a gusset-shaped bottom portion 44 formed by bending, and the extraction tool 41 heats the upper edge portions 43a of the side wall portions 43, 43 in a flat shape, Some are fixed to the upper edge 43a.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the above-mentioned self-supporting container has a gusset shape on the lower side, both side wall portions 43 and 43 spread on both sides, but the upper wall side is flat, so a sufficient capacity cannot be obtained. Sometimes. In particular, when filling a large volume (for example, 1 to 4 liters) of sports drink or mineral water, the shape of the container must be increased by increasing the height of the container.
Moreover, since the upper wall part of the conventional container is flat, when the content decreased, there existed a possibility that the upper wall part side might bend and fall down.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and the capacity of the contents can be increased even in a container having the same height as the conventional one, and the upper portion is reduced as the contents decrease. The problem is to make the side difficult to break and to improve self-supporting stability.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means taken by the present invention to solve the above problems is that the container body 1 made of a flexible sheet connects the pair of side wall portions 5 and 5 and the side wall portions 5 and 5 to the bottom portion 6. And the upper wall portion 7, the bottom wall portion 6 is bent and formed, and the upper wall portion 7 has a takeout port portion 14 and a valley fold portion 8 provided on both sides of the takeout port portion 14. There is.
[0007]
Further, it is preferable that an extraction tool 17 is provided in the extraction port portion 14.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 show a container as a standing pouch that can stand independently according to an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a substantially strip-like sheet body 2 having flexibility, which is formed in a bag shape. The container body 1 is filled with various liquids such as sports drinks, fruit juice drinks, lotions, and liquid detergents.
[0009]
The container body 1 has rectangular side wall portions 5 and 5, a bottom wall portion 6 that is bent from the lower edges of the both side wall portions 5 and 5 and bent into a gusset shape inside, and both side wall portions. The upper wall portion 7 is bent from the upper edge of 5,5 and is bent into a gusset shape. A portion 9 with dots indicates a seal portion of the sheet body 2.
[0010]
The material of the sheet body 2 is not particularly limited as long as it has flexibility. For example, a laminated film of a synthetic resin film such as polyester or polyamide and an aluminum foil is used for the storage stability of the content liquid. It is excellent and preferable. The innermost layer of the laminated film is formed from a known heat-fusible resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene.
[0011]
FIG. 3 (a) shows the unfolded state of the sheet body 2. Reference numeral 10a denotes two parallel fold lines indicating a portion that is bent by dividing the bottom wall portion 6 and both side wall portions 5 and 5; Is a fold line provided between the fold lines 10a so that the center of the bottom wall portion 6 can be bent upward.
[0012]
Reference numeral 11a denotes a fold line indicating a portion that is bent by dividing the side wall portions 5 and 5 and the upper pieces 12 provided on both sides thereof, and 11b is a fold portion 8 formed by folding both the upper pieces 12 in a double fold shape. Is a fold line formed in each upper piece 12. The upper wall portion 7 is constituted by both upper pieces 12, and when the upper edge portions 12a of the upper piece 12 are sealed by heat sealing, the upper edges of the side wall portions 5, 5 are provided at the center portion. Further, an extraction port portion 14 that protrudes further is formed, and the valley fold portions 8 are located on both sides of the extraction port portion 14. Further, the respective folding lines are given for the sake of explanation in order to clarify the bent portions in FIG. 3 and the like, and are not actually given to the sheet body 2.
[0013]
Reference numeral 13 denotes a plurality of cutouts formed on both edges of the sheet body 2. Each cutout 13 is formed on both sides as shown in FIG. 3 (b) when the container body 1 is formed by bending the sheet body 2. This is intended to ensure that the corner portions 5a of the wall portions 5 and 5 or the back surfaces of the sheet body 2 corresponding to the vicinity of the corner portions 5a can be heat sealed.
[0014]
17 is a take-out tool for taking out the liquid in the container body 1, and the take-out tool 17 is attached to be held at the same time when the upper edges 12a of the upper piece 12 of the container body 1 are sealed together by heat sealing. A portion 18 and a conduit portion 19 extending from the attachment portion 18 into the container main body 1 are integrally formed of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene, and a cap is attached to the mouth portion 20 of the upper wall portion of the attachment portion 18. 22 is detachably screwed.
[0015]
Further, the upper wall portion of the conduit portion 19 faces the mounting portion 18, and the liquid filled in the container body 1 is interposed between the outer peripheral surface of the conduit portion 19 and the inner peripheral surface of the mounting portion 18. A plurality of distribution gaps 21 that can be distributed are formed.
[0016]
The container of the present embodiment has the above configuration, and next, an example of use of the liquid container will be described.
First, when filling the container body 1 with liquid, the container body 1 is injected from the mouth portion 20 through a liquid filling nozzle (not shown), but the container body 1 is not only the bottom wall portion 6 but also the upper wall portion 7. Since both sides of the container body 1 have a gusset shape, both the side wall portions 5 and 5 of the container body 1 extend not only on the lower side but also on the upper wall portion side as shown by phantom lines in FIG. As a result, the internal volume becomes larger than when the upper wall portions of both side wall portions 5 and 5 are simply sealed in a flat shape, so that a large amount of liquid can be filled. Moreover, since the upper wall part side is also stabilized in an expanded form, it is excellent in independence.
[0017]
Next, when the extraction tool 17 is used as a straw for taking out the liquid, the container body 1 has flexibility because the container body 1 has flexibility when the mouth 20 is sucked after the cap 22 is removed. The liquid is flattened so that the liquid in the container body 1 can be sucked up.
[0018]
At this time, since the upper wall portion 7 and the bottom wall portion 6 of the container body 1 are in the form of a gusset, the upper wall portion 7 and the bottom wall portion 6 are easily folded along the respective folding lines, and the liquid is sucked up. Sometimes, deformation of the upper wall portion 7 and the bottom wall portion 6 of the container body 1 becomes resistance and does not hinder liquid suction.
[0019]
Further, when the extraction tool 17 is used as a spout and poured into a container, if the container body 1 is tilted or inverted so that the mouth 20 faces downward, the distribution gap 21 acts as a take-out opening. The liquid can flow out through the flow gap 21 and the mouth 20.
[0020]
When the container body 1 having a small internal volume is made to stand on its own, the side wall portions 5 and 5 of the container body 1 can be formed not only on the lower side but also on the upper side so that it is difficult to bend. Since the extraction tool 17 protrudes substantially at the center of the upper wall portion 7, it is excellent in self-supporting stability and does not fall down.
[0021]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and in the above embodiment, the container body 1 is formed from the sheet body 2 that has been cut into a predetermined shape in advance. 5, and the top piece 12 and the bottom wall portion 6 may be composed of separate sheets.
[0022]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, for example, it is possible to fold one long sheet 25 as shown in the figure to form the container body 1 continuously. That is, as shown in FIG. 6A, the long sheet 25 has openings 13a corresponding to the notches 13 formed in advance at predetermined positions, respectively, as shown in FIG. The sheet 25 is folded so as to form portions that become the upper piece 12 and the bottom wall 6, and a predetermined seal portion 9 indicated by dots is heat-sealed, and an unnecessary portion 26 and a seal portion 9 in the width direction of the sheet 25 are formed. The container main body 1 is formed by cutting and separating (see FIG. 3C). The opening 13a is located on the cutting line L of the sheet.
[0023]
Next, after the extractor 17 is inserted between both upper pieces 12, the upper edge portions 12a of both upper pieces 12 are joined together by heat sealing so as to sandwich the attachment portion 18 of the extractor 17, and are shown in FIG. ).
[0024]
In addition, one side of the two sheets is folded to form both upper pieces 12 and both side wall portions 5 and 5, and the other side is folded into a separate U-shape that forms the bottom wall portion 6. It is also possible to cut the sheet into a predetermined shape after inserting the formed sheet and heat-sealing in the same manner as described above. Thus, when the bottom wall part 6 is formed from a separate sheet, the one side wall part 5 and the bottom wall part 6 are in an unsealed state. After mounting, the liquid may be filled from the unsealed portion, and the bottom wall portion 6 and one side wall portion 5 may be heat sealed.
[0025]
Further, two separate folded films to be the upper piece 12 are inserted between one side of the two films to be the side wall parts 5, and the bottom wall part 6 is to be inserted between the other sides of the films. It is also possible to insert a two-folded separate film and heat seal in the same manner as described above.
[0026]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a), 5 (b) and 5 (c), the upper edge portion 12a of the upper piece 12 is formed in a straight line over the entire width, and as shown in FIG. It is also possible to attach a tool (plug) 17. Moreover, it is not an essential condition to provide the extraction tool 17 at the extraction port portion 14, and the upper edge portion 12a of the upper piece 12 may be only heat-sealed as shown in FIG. In such a case, it is preferable to provide an opening cut 30 in the upper piece 12.
[0027]
Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), when the upper piece 12 is lengthened and the takeout port portion 14 is further protruded, the upper piece 12 can be used as a nozzle.
[0028]
Moreover, although the case where each of the bottom wall portion 5 and the upper piece 12 is formed in a double-folded shape is illustrated, these may be configured to be formed in a plurality of saw-blade shapes.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the container of the present invention, the container body made of a flexible sheet includes a pair of side walls, a bottom and an upper wall that connect both side walls, and the bottom wall is bent. In addition, since the upper wall portion has a take-out port portion and a valley fold portion provided on both sides of the take-out port portion, when filling the container body with the internal solution, the container body is only the bottom wall portion. In addition, the upper wall portion also expands, and the internal volume can be increased as compared with a conventional container having the same height.
[0030]
Furthermore, even when the container body with a reduced internal volume is made to stand on its own, both side walls of the container body can be swelled not only on the lower side but also on the upper side. Since it protrudes in the approximate center of the upper wall portion, it is excellent in self-supporting stability and does not fall down.
[0031]
Moreover, in a container equipped with an extraction tool, both upper pieces are bent, so that when the internal solution is sucked from the extraction tool, the upper piece becomes an obstacle and obstructs the suction of the internal solution. There is no.
