Description
【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a flat roof tile that is used in a Western-style building such as a concrete building and does not fly even when beaten by the wind.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of this type of conventional
[0003]
As shown in Fig. 3, when the roof tiles are arranged so that the top and bottom tiles are staggered, the rainwater that flows between the tiles flows down to the center of the roof tile on the lower side of the eaves. Although it does not easily cause rain leakage due to intrusion, it has the following problems.
That is, the left edge of the right tile 3b is superimposed and pressed on the right edge of the tile 3a, and the tile head is pressed by the tile bottom of the upper ridge side tile, but the left edge is the left side of the tile on the left. Since it is only placed on the tile receiver 4 at the right edge, strong wind blows from the lower side due to a typhoon or the like, and if the tile is beaten from the left side, there is a possibility of blowing away.
[0004]
Several flat roof tiles have been proposed that do not fly even when strong winds blow. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-40821, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-107511, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-123854, and the like. the recess is proposed flat tiles provided with engaging projections of a hook shape engaging presses a recess in a concave portion on Kawaraatama central, butt the engaging portion of the hook-shaped in the other Kawaraatama central portion There is also known a flat roof tile which is provided and engages with a concave portion formed on the tile bottom surface of the tile to be rolled up so as to press the concave portion.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-40821 has the following problems.
(1) The tile receiver has a low step so that the right edge of the tile next to the left is placed on top of each other, so that the wall thickness is thin. The thickness of the concave portion is further reduced, and not only the strength of the concave portion is lowered, but also the strength of the whole concave portion tends to be lowered, and there is a margin in the allocation size of the tile when the tile is tiled by increasing the length of the concave portion. If you try to do so, the strength will decrease,
(2) Although a bent portion is provided around the concave portion following the return of water, the flow path in the tile receiver is narrowed for this reason, and the amount of rainwater flowing into the tile receiver is increased by inhibiting the flow of water. There is a risk of overflowing over the water return or bend,
(3) Even if the concave protrusion or the engaging convex part that holds the concave part breaks and loses the function of holding the roof tile, the side edge of the adjacent roof tile overlaps the roof tile support after the roof tile is rolled. That cannot be confirmed just by looking at
Etc.
[0006]
The flat roof tile with a hook-shaped engaging part protruding from the center of the tile head also has an appearance that the tiled roof is damaged because the engaging part protrudes with the tile covered, and the concave part of the tile bottom However, because of the flat roof tile structure, the length in the vertical direction cannot be increased so much that there is a difficulty in that it is not possible to give a margin to the tile allocation dimension.
An object of this invention is to provide the flat roof tile which eliminated said problem.
[0007]
[Means for solving problems]
The invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that an engagement piece projects laterally at the notch at the lower end of the tile receiver, and a hook-like engagement portion that can be engaged with the engagement piece is directed upward at the center of the tile head. The above-mentioned engagement of the tiles that are projected and formed with a notch for engaging the engaging part at the corner of the tile bottom, and when the tiles are rolled up so that the upper and lower roof tiles are staggered Engage with and hold the mating piece and engage with the notch of the tile placed on top of the tile receiver so that the tile placed on the tile receiver covers the engaging part. It is characterized by.
[0008]
According to the present invention, the engaging piece is merely projected on the existing tile receiver, and does not impair the strength of the existing tile receiver, and the engaging piece is within the range of the notch at the lower end of the tile receiver. The roof tiles can be formed relatively long in the vertical direction, allowing for a sufficient margin in the tile allocation dimensions, the flow path of the roof tiles being the same as existing ones, and when looking at the covered roof tiles from below When the engaging part is visible and the engaging part is broken, it can be immediately understood. When the roof tile is covered, the engaging part is covered with a roof tile that is wound upward, and the engaging part protrudes and the appearance is impaired. It has characteristics such as lack of.

【The invention's effect】
According to the flat roof tile of the present invention, the roof tile holder is the same as the existing roof tile, so that the strength of the roof tile holder is not impaired and the channel is not adversely affected. It can be formed relatively long in the vertical direction within the range of the notch, and it can be provided with a margin in the tile allocation dimension, and the tile roof of the upper roof is covered on the engaging part when the roof is rolled. The engagement part protrudes and the appearance of the tiled roof is not impaired, and the lower end surface of the engagement part is visible when the tiled roof is viewed from below, so that the presence or absence of damage can be easily confirmed. There are effects such as.
