して、ピストンが後退限位置にあるときは弁作動室を排
出口に接続し且つピストンが後退限位置と進出限位置の
間にあるときは弁作動室を封止し且つピストンが進出限
位置にあるときは弁作動室を流体圧供給口に接続する制
御弁機構を設け、 上記制御弁機構の弁作動室に連通した受圧室の流体圧で
