図1は、本発明の一実施の形態にかかるアウターロータ型のモータの全体構成を示す斜視図である。図2は、本発明の一実施の形態にかかるモータの断面斜視図である。図3は、本発明の一実施の形態にかかるステータコアの全体構成を示す斜視図である。図4は、本発明の一実施の形態にかかるモータのホルダが取り付けられる前の状態を示す斜視図である。図5は、本発明の一実施の形態にかかるモータのホルダがヨークに取り付けられた状態を示す部分斜視図である。図6は、本発明の一実施の形態にかかるモータのホルダがヨークに取り付けられる前の状態を示す斜視図である。図7は、本発明の一実施の形態にかかるモータのヨークの全体構成を示す斜視図である。図8は、本発明の一実施の形態にかかるモータのホルダの外周端部の構成を示す部分斜視図である。図9は、本発明の一実施の形態にかかるモータのホルダとヨークとが一体に取り付けられた状態を示す部分断面斜視図である。
Claims (4)
- マグネットと、前記マグネットを囲む内側面を有する環状のヨークと、前記ヨークを保持するホルダと、を有するロータを備え、
前記ヨークは、前記ロータの回転軸方向において、前記ホルダ側の端部を有し、
前記ホルダの外側面と前記ヨークの内側面とが嵌合し、
前記ヨークのホルダ側の端部と前記ホルダの外側面とが係合している、
モータ。 - 前記ホルダの外周端部は、径方向へ延在する突出部を有し、
前記ヨークは、前記ロータの回転軸方向において、前記突出部の端面と対向する面を有する
請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記ホルダの外側面は、凹状の段部を有し、
前記ヨークの端部は、前記ホルダの段部に係合している
請求項1または2に記載のモータ。 - 前記ホルダの外側面と係合する前記ヨークの前記ホルダ側の端部の一部分は、当該ホルダに向かって変形しており、
前記ロータの回転軸方向において、前記ヨークのホルダ側の端部の一部分と、前記マグネットのホルダ側の端部との間に所定の間隙が形成されている
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のモータ。
