Abstract
Description
・蓄電要素3から発生した熱をケーシング2に伝達するように、良好な熱伝導率を有する。
・モジュールの重荷にならないように、可能な限り小さな密度を有する。
・機械的な力(振動、衝撃など)や熱制約の下で完全性を保持するのに十分な柔軟性を有する。
・この種のモジュールに適用される規格に準じた非可燃性、不透明性を有し、有毒な煙を放出しない。
・モジュールの絶縁システムを劣化させない程度に十分な電気絶縁性を有する。
・アルミニウムがケーシング2に使用される場合、アルミニウムと良好な密着性を有する。
Claims (13)
- 電気エネルギー蓄電要素(3)を備える電気エネルギー蓄電モジュール(1)であって、
5つの面を有する蓋部(21)と、該蓋部(21)と組み立てられる底部(22)とを含み、前記電気エネルギー蓄電要素(3)を収容する、板金からなる平行六面体状のケーシング(2)と、
前記平行六面体状のケーシング(2)の面の1つに取り付けられた正面部材(50)に配置された少なくとも1つの電子基板(4)と、を備え、
前記電気エネルギー蓄電要素(3)は、前記底部(22)から前記電気エネルギー蓄電要素(3)の高さの一部のみにわたって延在する第1の樹脂層(7)、及び、前記蓋部(21)の面の1つから前記電気エネルギー蓄電要素(3)の高さの一部のみにわたって延在する第2の樹脂層(7)によって、前記ケーシング(2)内の所定位置に保持及び固定されたものであることを特徴とする電気エネルギー蓄電モジュール。 - 樹脂を前記ケーシング(2)に注入するために前記ケーシング(2)に設けられた2つの開口部と、好ましくは前記2つの開口部用の閉栓プラグと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気エネルギー蓄電モジュール。

- 前記底部(22)及び前記蓋部(21)の間に配置され、かつ、前記底部(22)及び前記蓋部(21)に対して垂直な、好ましくは中央に位置する、スペーサを形成する芯部(215)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の電気エネルギー蓄電モジュール。
- 前記樹脂層(7)が、前記電気エネルギー蓄電要素(3)の高さの5%〜20%、好ましくは5%〜12%にわたって延在することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の電気エネルギー蓄電モジュール。

前記電力ブロック(32)を前記ケーシング(2)内に配置する工程と、
前記ケーシング(2)の前記底部(22)及び前記蓋部(21)を組み立てる工程と、
前記ケーシング(2)の第1の開口部から樹脂(7)を注入して前記第1の樹脂層(7)を形成する工程と、
