前記ガントリ部分は、前記X線源部分と前記検出器部分と、を具備しており、
前記プロセッサ部分は、画像データを取得して(205、216)前記画像データから患者の少なくとも一つの解剖学的基準構造(235、236)を決定する(208)ために、前記X線源部分及び前記検出器部分を制御するように構成されており、
前記プロセッサ部分が、前記少なくとも一つの解剖学的基準構造に基づいて前記患者の頭部(237)の位置を決定する(212)ことを特徴とするX線撮像ユニット(100)。 - 前記プロセッサ部分は、前記ガントリ部分に対する前記頭部の位置を決定する(213)ように更に構成される、請求項1に記載のユニット。
- 前記少なくとも一つの解剖学的基準構造の前記決定は、前記画像データからの各基準構造(235、236)の位置の決定(208)を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のユニット。
- 前記プロセッサ部分は、各解剖学的基準構造の前記決定された位置に基づいて前記患者のための座標系(231)を形成する(210)ように更に構成されており、前記患者の前記座標系は、前記患者の前記頭部の方向を指示する、請求項3に記載のユニット。
- 前記頭部の前記位置の決定は、該ユニットに対する前記患者の頭部の前記方向の決定(212)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のユニット。
- 前記プロセッサ部分は、該ユニットのための座標系(130)を提示する(203)ように更に構成されており、該ユニットに対する前記頭部の方向の前記決定は、該ユニットの前記座標系(130、231)と前記患者との間の回転変位(α)の決定(212)を含む、請求項5に記載のユニット。
- 前記プロセッサ部分は、前記頭部の前記決定された位置と前記ガントリ部分との間の関係に基づいて、前記患者に対する前記X線源部分及び前記検出器部分の少なくとも一つの撮像運動を決定する(214)ように更に構成される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のユニット。
- 前記プロセッサ部分は、前記決定された少なくとも一つの撮像運動に従って前記X線源部分及び検出器部分を制御する(216)ように及び前記患者の少なくとも一つのX線画像を取得するように更に構成される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のユニット。
- 前記少なくとも一つの解剖学的基準構造は、前記患者の前記頭部の、顎関節、下顎枝の縁部(235、236)、又は外耳道を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のユニット。
- 前記少なくとも一つの解剖学的基準構造は、顎関節、下顎枝の縁部、又は外耳道を含む二つの解剖学的基準構造を含む、請求項9に記載のユニット。
- 撮像中に撮像されるべき前記患者を支持するための患者支持部分(142、143)を具備する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のユニット。
- パノラマ式又はコンピュータ式断層撮像法を実行するように構成される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のユニット。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の前記X線撮像ユニット(100)によるX線撮像のための方法(202)であって、この方法は、
