Abstract
【解決手段】第1リブ98aのリブ角度αが、その第1リブ98aによって導かれる潤滑油がキャッチタンク94に供給される一方で、リダクションギヤ68に供給されない角度に設定されているため、第1リブ98aによって導かれる潤滑油がキャッチタンク94に効率よく供給される。一方、第2リブ98bのリブ角度βが、リダクションギヤ68に潤滑油を供給可能な値に設定されていることから、第2リブ98bによって導かれた潤滑油の一部は、リダクションギヤ68に供給されることとなる。キャッチタンク94に供給される潤滑油量が減少するため、高車速時であってもキャッチタンク94から潤滑油が溢れ出ることが抑制される。

Claims (4)
- ケーシング内に貯留されている潤滑油に浸漬されるギヤと、前記ケーシング内に形成され、該ギヤによって掻き上げられた潤滑油が貯留されるキャッチタンクとを、含む、車両の潤滑油供給装置であって、
前記ギヤの鉛直上方には、前記ギヤによって掻き上げられた潤滑油を前記キャッチタンクに導く第1案内板および第2案内板が形成され、
前記第1案内板および前記第2案内板を前記ギヤの径方向から見たとき、該第1案内板および該第2案内板が互いに重ならないように形成され、
前記第1案内板の水平線を基準とする傾斜角度が、前記第2案内板の水平線を基準とする傾斜角度よりも小さく、
前記第1案内板の前記傾斜角度は、前記第1案内板によって導かれる潤滑油が、前記キャッチタンクに供給される一方で、前記ギヤよりも上方に位置する所定の潤滑要部には供給されない角度に設定され、
前記第2案内板の前記傾斜角度は、前記所定の潤滑要部に潤滑油を供給可能な角度に設定されている
ことを特徴とする車両の潤滑油供給装置。 - 前記ケーシングは、互いに締結される第1ケース部材および第2ケース部材を含んで構成され、
前記第1案内板は、前記第1ケース部材に設けられ、
前記第2案内板は、前記第2ケース部材に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両の潤滑油供給装置。 - 前記第1案内板は、前記第1ケース部材とともに成形された鋳造品の一部であり、
前記第2案内板は、前記第2ケース部材とともに成形された鋳造品の一部である
ことを特徴とする請求項2の車両の潤滑油供給装置。 - 前記ギヤは斜歯歯車から成り、
前記ギヤによって掻き上げられた潤滑油が前記第1案内板側に飛散するように、前記斜歯歯車の捩れ角が設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1に記載の車両の潤滑油供給装置。
