Claims (13)
- 電極組立体;及び、
前記電極組立体が収容されるケースを備え、
前記ケースは、熱によって収縮される熱収縮性保護層を含む、二次電池。 - 前記ケースは、金属層、外側接着層及び前記熱収縮性保護層が順次積層された構造を含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱収縮性保護層は、前記ケースの最外側に位置される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱収縮性保護層は、前記ケースの最外側に貼り付けられる、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱収縮性保護層は、前記ケースの最外側に積層される、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱収縮性保護層は、前記ケースの最内側に位置される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱収縮性保護層は、絶縁性素材で構成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱収縮性保護層は、二軸延伸フィルム(biaxial oriented film)として設けられる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱収縮性保護層は、ナイロン(Nylon)、ポリプロピレン(Polypropylene)、ポリエステル(Polyester)、ポリアミド(Polyamide)及びポリスチレン(Polystyrene)のうちいずれか一つで構成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱収縮性保護層は、熱硬化性のない素材で構成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースの内面にシーリング層と内側接着層がさらに積層される、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースは、内側から外側に行くに伴い、前記シーリング層、前記内側接着層、前記金属層、前記外側接着層及び前記熱収縮性保護層が順次積層される構造で形成される、請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱収縮性保護層は、前記ケースの周り全体にかけて設けられる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
