Claims (10)
- 冷媒が流通する複数の冷媒管と、外部空気が通過する複数のフィンと、蓄冷材が収容された複数の蓄冷材容器とが積層されたコアを備えた蓄冷エバポレータにおいて、
外部空気の通過方向と交差する方向に順に、上記フィン、上記冷媒管、上記蓄冷材容器、上記冷媒管が積層された熱交換ユニットを複数有し、
上記熱交換ユニットは、外部空気の通過方向と交差する方向に並ぶように配置されており、
上記蓄冷材容器の積層方向の寸法が上記フィンの積層方向の寸法よりも短く設定されていることを特徴とする蓄冷エバポレータ。 - 請求項1に記載の蓄冷エバポレータにおいて、
上記蓄冷材容器の積層方向の寸法をAとし、上記フィンの積層方向の寸法をBとしたとき、A/Bが0.45以上0.75以下の範囲であることを特徴とする蓄冷エバポレータ。 - 請求項2に記載の蓄冷エバポレータにおいて、
上記A/Bが0.65以下であることを特徴とする蓄冷エバポレータ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の蓄冷エバポレータにおいて、
上記冷媒管の積層方向の寸法をCとしたとき、Cが1.5mm以上2.5mm以下の範囲であることを特徴とする蓄冷エバポレータ。 - 請求項4に記載の蓄冷エバポレータにおいて、
上記Cが2.25mm以下であることを特徴とする蓄冷エバポレータ。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の蓄冷エバポレータにおいて、
上記フィンの積層方向の寸法をBとし、上記冷媒管の積層方向の寸法をCとしたとき、B/Cが2.0以上4.5以下の範囲であることを特徴とする蓄冷エバポレータ。 - 請求項6に記載の蓄冷エバポレータにおいて、
上記B/Cが2.5以上4.0以下の範囲であることを特徴とする蓄冷エバポレータ。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の蓄冷エバポレータにおいて、
上記蓄冷材容器の積層方向の寸法をAとしたとき、Aが2.5mm以上4.5mm以下の範囲であることを特徴とする蓄冷エバポレータ。 - 請求項8に記載の蓄冷エバポレータにおいて、
上記Aが4.0mm以下であることを特徴とする蓄冷エバポレータ。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の蓄冷エバポレータにおいて、
上記蓄冷材容器には、該蓄冷材容器の内方へ向けて窪む凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする蓄冷エバポレータ。
