Abstract
Description
本発明は、上記で記述され、また図面に示された、説明および例示の目的を第一に有する実施形態のみに限定されるものではない。本件特許出願は、本明細書で記述された好適な実施形態のあらゆる修正および変形を含むことを意図されている。それゆえ、本発明は添付の請求の範囲の用語によって定義されるものであり、装置は添付の請求の範囲内であらゆる方法で修正されうる。
国際公開第2011/099196号、米国特許第5,616,973号、および独国特許出願公開第42 12 982号は、いずれも、液体圧送用のポンプであって、ポンプの駆動ユニットを囲繞するモータケーシングを有するものを開示している。上記のモータケーシングのそれぞれは、駆動ユニットで生成された熱を奪い去るために、液体冷却剤で充填された空隙を含む。
Claims (12)
- 駆動ユニット(3)と、前記駆動ユニット(3)に接続されたヒートシンク(23)とを含む液体圧送用のポンプであって、前記ヒートシンクは前記ポンプの動作中に前記駆動ユニットで生成された熱を奪い去るように構成され、
前記駆動ユニットが、
径方向においてモータケーシング(22)で画定され、固定子(16)を有する電気モータ(17)を収容するモータ区画(10)、
少なくとも部分的にポンプ上部ケーシング(14)によって画定され、電力供給要素(15)を収容する結合区画(11)、および
前記モータ区画(10)と前記結合区画(11)との間に配置された上部仕切(20)
を含み、
前記モータケーシング(22)が、
前記上部仕切(20)と前記ヒートシンク(23)とに接続され、それらの間で軸方向に延在する外側ジャケット(24)、
前記固定子(16)と前記ヒートシンク(23)との間に延在する内側固定子ハウジング(25)、および
径方向において前記外側ジャケット(24)と前記内側固定子ハウジング(25)とを分離する気体充填間隙(26)
を含むことを特徴とする、ポンプ。 - 前記ヒートシンク(23)が、前記駆動ユニット(3)と液圧ユニット(2)内に配置されるポンプ室(8)との間に配置される下部仕切(28)を含む、請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記液圧ユニット(2)が、前記ポンプ室(8)を画定するポンプハウジング(5)を含み、前記下部仕切(27)が、前記ポンプハウジング(5)に固定して接続される、請求項2に記載のポンプ。
- 前記内側固定子ハウジング(25)が、前記下部仕切(27)に当接している、請求項2または3に記載のポンプ。
- 前記ヒートシンク(23)が、液封室(28)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ。
- 前記内側固定子ハウジング(25)が、前記液封室(28)に隣接する、請求項5に記載のポンプ。
- 前記ヒートシンク(23)が、前記ポンプ室(8)からみて前記下部仕切(27)の反対側に配置された液封室(28)を含む、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ。
- 前記電気モータ(17)に接続され、前記モータ区画(10)から軸方向に延び、前記下部仕切(27)を貫通して前記ポンプ室(8)内に端部を有する駆動軸(9)を含む、請求項2または3に記載のポンプ。
- 前記上部仕切(20)が、上部軸受保持器(30)を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ。
- 前記内側固定子ハウジング(25)が、下部軸受保持器(32)を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ。
- 前記上部仕切(20)と前記外側ジャケット(24)とが互いに固定して接続される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ。
- 前記電力供給要素(15)が、前記電気モータ(17)の前記固定子(16)に動作可能に接続される速度制御ユニットによって構成される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ。
