Abstract
Description
電気手術器具の把持面の少なくとも1つの電極に交流電圧を印加するステップ、
交流電圧の印加と整合して、電極の直近に冷却流体を供給するステップ。
融合地帯において互いに対して融合されるべき組織部分同士を押圧するステップ、
融合地帯における融合されるべき組織部分を加熱するステップ、
冷却流体の供給により融合地帯の近傍の組織を冷却するステップ。
Claims (15)
- 把持面と、
前記把持面の少なくとも一領域に設けられた電極と、を備えており、
冷却流体を供給するための流体供給ラインに接続された流体出口が、前記把持面の外方の近傍に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする電気手術器具。 - 互いに対向し、相対的に可動な2つの把持面を備えている、請求項1記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記電気手術器具は、互いに連結し、相対的に可動な2つのブランチを備えており、
前記把持面はそれぞれ、他のブランチに面する表面により形成されている、
請求項2記載の電気手術器具。 - 前記把持面の外方の近傍に、吸引により前記冷却流体を回収するための吸引開口が設けられている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の電気手術器具と、
冷却流体を供給するための前記流体チャネルに接続されている流体ポンプと、
前記電気手術器具の前記把持面の一領域に設けられた電極に電気的に接続された、凝固電流を発生するための発生器と、を備えており、
前記流体ポンプおよび前記発生器は、前記流体ポンプの動作および前記発生器の動作を整合する制御器に接続されている、
ことを特徴とする電気手術装置。 - 前記制御器は、パルス状に凝固電流を発生するよう前記発生器を制御するよう構成されている、請求項5記載の電気手術装置。
- 前記冷却流体を吸引により回収可能な吸引ポンプをさらに備えている、請求項5または6記載の電気手術装置。
- 前記電気手術器具には、前記把持面の外方の近傍に、吸引により前記冷却流体を回収するための吸引開口が設けられており、前記吸引ポンプは前記吸引開口に接続されている、請求項7記載の電気手術装置。
- 前記流体ポンプは、作動時に1℃〜3℃の温度の前記冷却流体を供給する、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項記載の電気手術装置。
- 電気手術器具の把持面の少なくとも1つの電極に交流電圧を印加するステップと、
前記交流電圧の印加と整合して前記電極の直近に冷却流体を供給するステップと、
を含む、ことを特徴とする電気手術装置の作動方法。 - 冷却流体として非導電性流体を用いる、請求項10記載の電気手術装置の作動方法。
- 融合地帯内の相互に融合されるべき組織部分同士を押圧するステップと、
前記融合地帯内の融合されるべき組織部分を加熱するステップと、
前記融合地帯の近傍に冷却流体を供給することにより前記組織を冷却するステップと、
を含む、ことを特徴とする組織融合方法。 - 前記加熱ステップは、融合されるべき組織部分に凝固電流を誘導するステップを含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記加熱ステップは、融合されるべき組織部分を加熱ユニットにより加熱するステップを含む、請求項12または13記載の方法。
- 請求項5〜9のいずれか1項記載の電気手術装置を用いて行われる、請求項10〜14のいずれか1項記載の方法。
