Abstract
【解決手段】車両旋回量と前輪トルクから後輪が横滑りしない範囲の後輪制駆動力を計算し、モータトルクを連続的に制御する。具体的には、車両旋回量が大きいほど、モータトルクの絶対値を小さくし、前輪トルクの絶対値が大きいほど、モータトルクの絶対値を大きくする。

Description
エンジントルクTeは、アクセル開度とエンジン回転数から、あらかじめ設定したエンジントルクマップを用いて求める。エンジントルクTeは、アクセルが踏まれている時は正の値になる場合が多く、アクセルペダルが踏まれていない時は負の値になる場合が多い。アクセルペダルが踏まれていない時は、エンジン回転数が高いほど、エンジンフリクショントルクが大きくなり、エンジントルクTeは小さく(Teの絶対値は大きく)なる傾向がある。
Tfが正の時(車両を駆動する時)、目標後輪制駆動力Frは、前輪トルクTf,旋回量ay,タイヤ半径rtと、あらかじめ設定した定数k1,k2から、以下の式で計算する。
以上により、モータ7の目標トルクTmを決定する。モータ制御器11は、この値を基にモータ7を力行もしくは回生させる。
8bを介して後輪4dのみにトルクを伝える。なお、減速機8a,8bは設けなくても良い。
7aの目標トルクTma,モータ7bの目標トルクTmbは、目標後輪制駆動力Fr,タイヤ半径rt,減速機7a,7bの減速比Rr′,目標トルク修正値ΔTma,ΔTmbから、以下の式で計算する。
Tmb=(Fr×rt/2)×Rr′+ΔTmb
目標後輪制駆動力Frは、実施例1と同じ方法で決定する。
ΔTmbをΔTmaよりも大きくする。このΔTma,ΔTmbの値は、車両速度,操舵角,ヨー角速度などから、あらかじめ設定したマップを用いて求める。
Claims (10)
- 後輪に動力を与えるモータを備えた自動車の制御装置において、車両旋回時に、前記モータのトルクが操舵角の変化に対して連続的に変化するように前記モータを制御することを特徴とする自動車の制御装置。
- 請求項1に記載の自動車の制御装置において、車両旋回量が大きいほど、前記モータのトルクの絶対値を小さくすることを特徴とする自動車の制御装置。
- 請求項1に記載の自動車の制御装置において、前輪トルクの絶対値が大きいほど、前記モータのトルクの絶対値を大きくすることを特徴とする自動車の制御装置。
- 請求項1に記載の自動車の制御装置において、後輪荷重が小さいほど、前記モータのトルクの絶対値を小さくすることを特徴とする自動車の制御装置。
- 請求項2に記載の自動車の制御装置において、前記車両旋回量は、車両横加速度からの計算,操舵角と車両速度とからの計算,ヨー角速度と車両速度とからの計算又は車輪の回転数からの計算のいずれかにより計算して求めることを特徴とする自動車の制御装置。
- 請求項3に記載の自動車の制御装置において、前記前輪トルクは、エンジンと、エンジンに取り付けられた発電機と、変速機の状態から計算することを特徴とする自動車の制御装置。
- 請求項3に記載の自動車の制御装置において、前記前輪トルクは、ブレーキの状態から計算することを特徴とする自動車の制御装置。
- 請求項4に記載の自動車の制御装置において、前記後輪荷重は、車両前後加速度と路面傾斜から計算することを特徴とする自動車の制御装置。
- 請求項4に記載の自動車の制御装置において、前記後輪荷重は、車両前後加速度と前記前輪トルクと前記モータのトルクから計算することを特徴とする自動車の制御装置。
- 前輪がエンジンによって駆動され、後輪がモータによって駆動される自動車において、
前輪の駆動トルクを検出する前輪駆動トルク検出手段と、アクセルペダルの踏み込みの有無を検出するアクセルペダルセンサと、操舵角を検出する操舵角センサと、前記モータのトルクを検出するモータトルク検出手段と、前輪トルクが一定の時に操舵角が大きくなるにつれてモータトルクの絶対値が連続的に小さくなるように前記モータを制御する制御装置を備えたことを特徴とする自動車。
