Abstract
【解決手段】燃焼室62に繋がる吸気通路63a中に設けられて吸気通路63a内に燃料を噴射する下流側燃料噴射弁71と、下流側燃料噴射弁71よりも吸気通路63aの上流側に設けられて吸気通路63a内に燃料を噴射する上流側燃料噴射弁72とを備えて構成されるエンジン60の燃料噴射装置において、上流側燃料噴射弁72に加わる燃料噴射圧力が、下流側燃料噴射弁71に加わる燃料噴射圧力よりも高い値に設定される。そして、検出されるエンジンの負荷に応じた燃料噴射分担率で両燃料噴射弁71,72から燃料を噴射させるようにする。

Claims (7)
- エンジンの燃焼室に繋がる吸気通路中に設けられて前記吸気通路内に燃料を噴射する下流側燃料噴射弁と、前記下流側燃料噴射弁よりも前記吸気通路の上流側に設けられて前記吸気通路内に燃料を噴射する上流側燃料噴射弁とを備えて構成されるエンジンの燃料噴射装置において、
前記上流側燃料噴射弁に加わる燃料噴射圧力が、前記下流側燃料噴射弁に加わる燃料噴射圧力よりも高い値に設定されていることを特徴とするエンジンの燃料噴射装置。 - 前記下流側燃料噴射弁及び前記上流側燃料噴射弁による燃料の噴射制御を行う制御手段と、前記エンジンの負荷を検出するエンジン負荷検出手段とを備え、前記制御手段は、前記エンジン負荷検出手段により検出される前記エンジンの負荷に応じた燃料噴射分担率で前記下流側燃料噴射弁及び前記上流側燃料噴射弁から燃料を噴射させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンの燃料噴射装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記エンジン負荷検出手段により検出される前記エンジンの負荷が増大するに従って、前記上流側燃料噴射弁の燃料噴射分担率を増大させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエンジンの燃料噴射装置。
- 前記吸気通路内に設けられて前記燃焼室に吸入される空気量を調節するスロットル弁及び前記スロットル弁の開度を検出するスロットル開度検出手段を備えるとともに、前記エンジン負荷検出手段は少なくとも前記スロットル開度検出手段を含んでおり、前記制御手段は、前記スロットル開度検出手段により前記スロットル弁の全閉状態が検出されているとき、前記上流側燃料噴射弁の燃料噴射分担率を0%に設定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエンジンの燃料噴射装置。
- 前記吸気通路内に設けられて前記燃焼室に吸入される空気量を調節するスロットル弁及び前記スロットル弁の開度を検出するスロットル開度検出手段を備えるとともに、前記エンジン負荷検出手段は少なくとも前記スロットル開度検出手段を含んでおり、前記制御手段は、前記スロットル開度検出手段により前記スロットル弁の全開状態が検出されているとき、前記上流側燃料噴射弁の燃料噴射分担率を100%に設定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエンジンの燃料噴射装置。
- 前記スロットル弁が前記下流側燃料噴射弁と前記上流側燃料噴射弁との間に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のエンジンの燃料噴射装置。
- 前記下流側燃料噴射弁及び前記上流側燃料噴射弁に燃料を圧送する燃料ポンプが、燃料タンク内の燃料を前記下流側燃料噴射弁に圧送する第1燃料ポンプと、前記第1燃料ポンプから前記下流側燃料噴射弁に圧送される燃料を前記上流側燃料噴射弁に圧送する第2燃料ポンプとからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のエンジンの燃料噴射装置。
