Abstract
【解決手段】 マトリクス状に配置された陽極21および陰極23の各交差部分毎に発光素子20が形成されてなる発光素子アレイを有し、該発光素子アレイに形成された2次元画像を感光材料に露光する露光装置において、露光期間の前および/または露光期間内に前記発光素子20を定電流駆動し、そのときの各発光素子20毎のアノード電圧を駆動電圧測定回路85cで測定し、記憶手段85dに記憶させる。そしてその後の露光期間において、少なくとも該露光期間の初期に、電圧駆動回路85eにより、上記測定されたアノード電圧と同じ電圧で各発光素子20を定電圧駆動する。

Description
前述したようにマトリクス状に配置された陽極および陰極の各交差部分毎に発光素子が形成されてなる発光素子アレイを有し、該発光素子アレイに形成された像を感光材料に露光する露光装置において、
露光期間の前および/または露光期間内に前記発光素子を定電流駆動し、
そのときの各発光素子毎のアノード電圧を測定して記憶手段に記憶し、
その後の露光期間において、少なくとも該露光期間の初期に、前記測定されたアノード電圧と同じ電圧で前記各発光素子を定電圧駆動することを特徴とするものである。

Claims (3)
- マトリクス状に配置された陽極および陰極の各交差部分毎に発光素子が形成されてなる発光素子アレイを有し、該発光素子アレイに形成された像を感光材料に露光する露光装置において、
露光期間の前および/または露光期間内に前記発光素子を定電流駆動し、
そのときの各発光素子毎のアノード電圧を測定して記憶手段に記憶し、
その後の露光期間において、少なくとも該露光期間の初期に、前記測定されたアノード電圧と同じ電圧で前記各発光素子を定電圧駆動することを特徴とする発光素子アレイの駆動方法。 - 前記露光期間の初期の所定期間は、前記測定されたアノード電圧と同じ電圧で前記各発光素子を定電圧駆動し、
該所定期間の後の露光期間は、前記各発光素子を定電流駆動することを特徴とする請求項1記載の発光素子アレイの駆動方法。 - 前記発光素子を所定のクロックの数によりパルス幅を規定してパルス幅変調駆動し、
露光開始時点から1クロックが規定する期間だけ前記定電圧駆動を行うことを特徴とする請求項2記載の発光素子アレイの駆動方法。
