Abstract

907,556. Dish-washing machines. WASTE KING CORPORATION. Jan. 3, 1961 [Jan. 4, 1960], No. 186/61. Class 138 (1). A dish-washing machine comprises a reaction type sprayer 62, Fig. 2, rotatably mounted on the casing 50 of an axial flow pump 48, coaxially with the pump impeller 52 and the shaft 54 of the motor 46 driving the pump. A supply of water fed into the washing chamber 16 is circulated by the pump 48 through the sprayer 62 to be sprayed upwardly and downwardly over the dishes in baskets 20, 22. Latching means (not shown) are provided for detachably securing the sprayer 62 to a member 150 rotatable on a fixed shaft 142.
