Abstract

834,511. Windows, draught excluders. MITCHELL CO. Ltd., R. Aug. 28, 1958, No. 27651/58. Class 20(3) A sash for a vehicle window is provided with two outwardly directed parallel flanges 8, 9 of which 8 is secured to a corresponding flange 17 on the window frame and the other supports a draught excluder 22 which bridges the space between the sash and frame. The sash is in two parts 1 and 2, bolted together with the interposition of an insulation ring 3, which together form an inwardly directed channel in which a double glazing strip is compressed.
