Abstract

296,247. White, A. E., (Pfaudler Co.). Jan. 9, 1928. Stirrers. - A rotary agitator comprises a tubular hub 10, closed at one end, and a number of tubular blades 14 welded thereto over spaced openings 13 and having their outer ends closed by welding. The blades are preferably Battened and bent, as shown. By these means irregular cooling is avoided in applying a vitreous coating to the agitator.
