Abstract

A reinforced cementitious material is disclosed which comprises silk proteins such as sericin and fibroin. The cementitious material may be used to form a cement-coated metallic building element by pouring liquid metal into a hollow, moulded cement element where the metal may be steel, aluminium or titanium.

Description

Description Title: Hurricane Protection Brick
PATENT APPLICATTON NIJMBER 09073099 Filed 29 APIRL 2009
Background Art.
The problem that arises in the building of a house is the foundation and structure of the building to withstand the elements that most bricks cannot withstand. The growth of more 1-lurricanes put more and more safety aspects into the construction of housing at high priority.
The super structured brick can with stand winds up to 1600 mph the other benefits of the brick are anti -mould, thermo -insulation and reduced structural damage of aging bricks.
The Hurricane Protection Brick, I have designed makes the construction business at a cutting edge with built in amino acids that prevent structural damage, plaster cracking of buildings, thermo insulation, anti-oxidant, anti Radiation, anti Mould, fire resistant and protein fibres that strengthens foundations its environmentally friendly provides both exterior and interior care in one application and has health benefits are its non toxic..
Disclosure of the invention
The seven essential elements that are needed to make the cement: They are Calcium, Silicon, Clay, Shale, Aluminium, fron, Limestone and Silk Compounds.
Silk protein is a kind of protein like collagen, elastin, keratin, fibroin, sporgin that is an essential constituent of cocoon filament. I use the fibroin, which is coated on the cocoon as it has a protective cover of sericin to make the compounds.
Sericin protein is useful because of its special properties resists oxidation, anti bacterial, UV resistant and absorbs and release moisture easily making bricks water proof..
Our silk protein products are made from the precious nature material unbleached derived from the silkworm, Bombyx Mon cocoon. It has a natural protein that is made up of 25 - 30% Sericin, and 70 -75% Fibroin proteins.
Description
Figuare 1. Hurricane Protection Brick.
The cement mix is poured into a Brick mould The Biological cement is set then the liquid Steel Aluminium and Titanium is poured into the hollow of the brick making the core of the brick.
Best Mode For Carrying Out The Invention
Sericin Sericin is the gummy substance that acts to cement and protect the fibroin filaments together to form silk. Sericin has a unique affinity with other proteins which allows it to bind very effectively to form a multifunctional protective film this protects properties from water damage such as structural cracking. This protein film with is incorporated within the brick surface, this impartation is immediate, long lasting, resulting in smooth brick work over a period of years. The uniform film formed after the application of Sericin is introduced into the cement compound results in a high molecular weight. This protective film persists even after been wet, and protects the brick from against harmful environmental influences such as mould and raising damp.
As Sercin has a high antioxidant and antibacterial activity, this means Sercin can stop the oxidation reaction of free radicals to inhibit micro organisms growth. The high hydroxy amino acid content of Sericin (approx. 46%) is of particular importance for the water-binding capacity which regulates the bricks moisture content. The unique carbohydrate and a unique repetitive amino acid sequence which give Sericin its high affinity for proteins resulting in a tightening, this prevents the bricks from cracking and future repairs to the structure of the building Fibrom Fibroin is a type of protein created by silkworms in the production of silk. Fibroin has many superior properties. It absorbs and dissipates moisture well, allows air to pass freely, has a unique lustre, blocks ultraviolet rays, is water resistant and neutralizes acids from paint and vanishes protecting the brickwork and structure of your property.
These characteristics have the power to protect and care for the building, prevent aging brick work that resulting in building been demolished. This brick will promote an overall better building structures the most important feature of the silk protein is that the dipeptides and tripeptides can easily permeate through the brick layers of the brick.
Both the sericin and the silk fibroin are made up of 100 per cent protein which contain 8 amino acids, including the eight essential amino acids, such as alanine, glycine and serine which are the building blocks of protein in the skin and regarded as a part of the Natural water proofmg The Natural Anti -Oxidants of the Sericm the compound has built in UV Protection and is Chemo Protective. The Fibroin has water absorbency, insulation properties.
The Silk protein creates a film, which adheres to the skin surface and can absorb or release the moisture along with the change of temperature and humidity of the brick surface, to prevent and cure the mould caused by moisture or dry conditions this keeps your brickwork in good hygiene and retains the value of your property.
Silk protein has a strong affinity for bio-organisms, and also has the unusual characteristic of preventing the growth of micro-organisms and bacteria.
The silk protein provides the preventing cracking damage from dust, paint, acid, alkali and other chemicals.
Silk Amino Acids -Overview AMiNO ACIDS are the building blockst' of the body. Besides building cells and repairing tissue, they form antibodies to combat invading bacteria & viruses.
GLYCINE (Non-Essential Amino Acid) Helps trigger the release of oxygen to keep rust away the energy requiring cell-making process; ALANINE (Non-Essential Amino Acid) Produces antibodies; SERJNE (Non-Essential Amino Acid) Helps strengthen the immune system by providing antibodies ASPARTIC: ACID (Non-Essential Amino Acid) Aids in the expulsion of harmful ammonia from the environment and the body.
THREONINE (Essential Amino Acid) Is an important constituent of collagen, Elastin, enamel protein; helps prevent structural cracking ARGINrNE (Non-Essential Amino Acid) Studies have shown that it has improved immune responses to bacteria, viruses CYST1NE (Non-Essential Amino Acid) Functions as an antioxidant and is a powerful aid to the body in protection against radiation and pollution It can help slow down the aging process, deactivate free radicals, neutralize toxins TRYPTOPHAN (Essential Amino Acid) A natural relaxant, helps alleviate insomnia by inducing normal sleep; reduces anxiety & depression; helps in the treatment of migraine headaches; TAURINE (Non-Essential Amino Acid) Aids in the clearing of free radical wastes.
