Abstract

A hollow construction block consisting of metal plates that are clicked together and are used to build a foundation, walls and roof. Preferably at least one plate has a circular hole and the remainder of the plates may have a keyhole or be completely closed. The construction block is able to house various works, such as electric cables, water pipes and reinforcing bars. Preferably the construction block can be filled with concrete, sand, clay, mortar, stone-dust etc. It is also preferable that the construction block can be extended to more construction blocks of the same type and realise constructions in all directions or lengths. The construction unit may be empty and stackable and have vertical lips to keep the construction stable.

Description

the HipeStone Building economicaly, easy and simple with the HipeStone! Without masonry I With the worldnew HipeStone you can build everything yourself! The HipeStone is made of individual metal discs (so, low transportcosts). The discs click easely together (a child can do this) and you have an empty stone of x 15 x 1 5cm.With the HipeStone you build your foundation, walls and roof.
An entire house on one transport' So the cost for transport is reduced to the minimum! The HipeStones are preformed to install all the collecting works (electr, water, expirations, reinforcing bars, etc) during the construction! No waste of time! The walls (inside and outside) are already finished! No need for pointing the walls anymore! Your home, from the foundation to the roof, ready and with all the collecting works, at a real mini price! Your carport, hangar, garage, swimming pool, garden house, industrial construction, you build it always with the HipeStone. Your home, industrial building without the need for pointing the walls, resisting all weather and climates! Outside and inside walls finished, ready to move in and top quality at an unseen price! You save 35% in time (money) and materials and you have a superstrong, homogene construction with a carrying capacity of 3000ton/m2 (unexisting until today). With the HipeStone you build your home, from the foundation up to the roof included. For the industrial construction we have the HipeStone in 60 x 30 x 30cm, 0,7 or 1mm of thickness, zenzyrnir galvanised, and the contactpoints coated.
Filled with concrete, you become a carrying capacity of 4500 ton/rn2. Unseen! You place the doors and windows where you want them to be! The assembly is very fast and simple. A child can build a house from the foundation to the roof! You can fill up the HipeStone with sand, clay, concrete, morter, stone-dust, polyethylene, recycled materials, etc All constructions, large or small, are possible in all countries and any climates.
-Super low transportcost, and your entire home on one transport (foundation, walls and roof) HipeStone in light metal, finished inside and outside. The HipeStone is durable, light, strong, resisting all temperatures. The isolation is perfect: you can fill the HipeStone with isolating concrete Synthetic HipeStone: Frequently used in the modern construction in polycarbonate (PC).
Ideal to install Led illumination. Highly resistant all temperatures and easy to maintain.
Luxury finish Glass, inox or copper, all qualities are available and.. . at an unseen price!

Claims (5)

  1. Claims 1. Construction unit consisiting of eight plates, ones jointed, they permit all possible constructions for the building branche.
  2. 2. A construction unit according to claim 1 consisting of one, two or more plates with a circular hole and the rest of the eight plates of plates with a keyhole or completely closed, as the user wishes.
  3. 3. A costruction unit according to claim 1 who results in a empty, rectangular construction of 3Oxl5xl5cm or 6Ox3Ox3Ocm (other sizes also possible)
  4. 4. A construction unit according to claim 1, that consists of separate plates of l5xl5cm or 3Ox3Ocm (other sizes also possible) and who are fitting perfectly by conductors of 1cm
  5. 5.A construction unit according to claim 1 that, because the plates with the circular hole turn in eachother by the excision of 1 cm, the user has the possibility to extend the construction unit to more construction units of the same type and realise constructions in all directions or lenghts. *S.. * * *6. A construction unit according claim 1 empty and stackable. The vertical lips keep the construction perfect on his place, so the construction is perfectly stable and unable to move. * S S * I* 7.
