Abstract

1441520 Ice-making S G I LUNDGREN and L J F TORNELL 19 Dec 1974 [28 Feb 1974] 54930/74 Heading F4H A container, used in forming shaped pieces of ice, includes a number of depressions 16, and an index mark 20 which indicates the level 21 of the quantity of liquid in the container which corresponds to the total capacity of all the depressions 16. In use, the container is filled with water to the level 21, and is then placed in a freezer compartment with side 15 lowermost. The index mark may also be in the form of an overflow aperture in the side 8. The container is formed of rubber or of synthetic plastics material, and may also be transparent.
