Abstract

1312568 Injection moulding container lids LABAZ 19 April 1971 [26 Feb 1970] 24340/71 Heading B5A [Also in Division B8] A plastics container, having a neck 10 fitted with an integral end closure 11, is provided with a cap (15) (Fig. 3, not shown) moulded over the end of the neck and the end closure. The moulding is achieved with the aid of two dies 16A, 16B, one of the dies having a passage 18 for the injection of the moulding material. The cap (15) is of elastic material, for example a natural elastomer, synthetic elastomer, or thermoplastic homopolymer or copolymer.
