Abstract

1312104 Reciprocating pumps SOC ANON AUTOMOBILES CITROEN 24 Sept 1970 [1 Oct 1969] 45674/70 Heading F1A In a piston pump a pipe 18 of relatively small cross-sectional area and great length in relation to its area is located downstream of the spring- loaded delivery valve 14 to reduce noise. The pump has an inlet connection 6 clamped by rollers 7 to the pump body 1 and a cap member 2 defining a delivery chamber 20 and an inlet baffle 8. Piston 4 is crank-actuated and controls inlet ports 10.
