Abstract

1,138,956. Prefabricated room units. C. VAN DER LELY N.V. 9 March, 1966 [11 March, 1965], No. 10434/66. Heading E1A. A prefabricated room unit for a bungalow or a multi-storey building has the floor 6, the ceiling or roof 12 and at least one pair of walls 11 constituted by metal beams such as 13, 14, 15, 16 between which material such as foamed concrete is cast. The metal beams of the various components are welded to-gether and for details of cross-sections of same to-gether with mode of attachment to concrete, Figs. 7-11 (not shown) should be referred to. The room units are supplied with internal finishes such as wallpaper.
